Very satisfied with the service provided by Stratton Amenities. We have been using this company for few months in our Building and they have been excellent. The concierges carefully and excellently balance being accommodating while not jeopardizing the security of the tenants. Thank you for being helpful. Pleasure dealing with you.

I loved working part time for Stratton Amenities. They were very courteous and professional during my interview process. I enjoyed working as a security guard. But, then got the opportunity to work as a pool concierge. If I ever had an issue Esther was always so helpful. I would like to thank Mehdi for the opportunities he gave me.

Stratton was extremely good to me. Wonderful and pleasant people to work with. They also have nice and fun residents in their properties. I enjoyed working as pool security.

I worked at Stratton Amenities for almost 2 years as a Concierge Ambassador and could not had a better manager and co-workers. I will miss this company!!

Half a star is what they really deserve. That dude chris ramirez is a sad individual. I wouldnt recommend nobody to work for them. All they do is lie, and give u 3 days a week. Honestly, I dont see how they still in business. Dont believe anything they say. Thats on God. DONT, fall for it, bt if u do thats on you and your fault. O yea, they will have you driving a car with no insurance an if you get a ticket, you have to pay for it out your pocket. Dont say I didnt warn you. S.O.S security and Allied Security have better benefits and insurance.

Outrageously high turnover rate. Lousy pay, lie to you and about you. You cannot trust them. They place no value on you. They will endanger your life. Wont give you 40 hr/week. Ins has a $7,000/yr deductible. Jason is a prime example of toxic masculiinity. Do not work here.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to work with this company. You will have a better chance going directly through hotels.The interviewing director, was very rude and belittling towards my resume. I informed him I worked under choice hotels, his following questions were unpleasant.

I did both concierge and security for Stratton. Jason and Ken were amazing mentors and bosses. I worked there through college, and I still work as a pool concierge during the summers.

From the moment I waked into the former Addison office, to the current Carrollton office, I have had nothing but positive things to say about my time at Stratton Amenities. I started as a Concierge, Concierge Director and now Assistant Regional Director and have enjoyed every facet that this job has allowed me to experience. I have met a plethora of people, that have impacted my growth and knowledge about connections. My Sociology degree has been applied in many instances and have helped me develop a clearer view about hospitality. Thank you to Jason, Brittany, Esther, Mehdi, Mekki, and all of the concierges I have worked with and have come to call my other family. Stratton Amenities is the real deal!

Worse experience ever had for a job, I Walk in telling them the job i applied for at first when i called them they told me they got the position, after i get the job they call me and tell me they dont have they position i need and only wanted me to work on the weekends when I applied full time on INDEED. They ended up not giving me a schedule for no SHIFT AT ALL, after waiting 3 weeks to get a call back ? They think someones income is a joke ? And every other manager sends you to someone else ? This company is a waste of time and a joke . They do not take no one serious .
