Very unprofessional didnt like my haircut and they were extremely rude worse baber shop I ever went to. Will not be coming back Who charges 20$ for a 4 year old hair cut ?

For a first experience, and i just needed a quick line up cause my primary barber was not available.I was confused about the pricing once i was done. It said $12 for edge up but i was charged $20 and i really didn’t get a good explanation. All he said was “ you good”. I really need my black barbers to step it up on keep your clients in the loop hole and up to date on things versus what i see on the poster on the wall. but i digress...carry on. I have had way better line up jobs than what i got. This line up is TRASH for $20. It was not even worth it! Y’all need to STEP UP your clientele.

I called to see if this place schedules by appointment he told me that he couldnt answer 30 questions when I just asked a few and just wanted to make sure that the barber shop was up to par but I can tell by the 3.8 stars that its just going to go lower no sense of customer service or professionalism.

How I judge a black barbershop:Can most people cut?Usually if you walk in you are scared to choose someone because they might be the bad barber, but here I feel like they expect you to be good at cutting or you not at the shop cause everyone I saw was capable. No bad fades or line ups. My guy Russ be on point for me but you can hit up any and be straight.Walk-in vs appointment?When its busy hours it can be like 5-6 barbers in the shop so you will wait, but not too long for a walk in, but you should make an appointment if you got somewhere to be. If you call their main phone someone always picks up which is good. Theyre personable and get you right.How are the vibes?This is key for any shop, and its just a great atmosphere here. If you like football this is the place to rep your team and talk your talk. Sports and life be coming up and its natural, aint nufin forced. They just show love to the people coming through.Can you cut multiple races hair?Although I didnt see anyone in the chair a different race, Ive seen some white guys walk in and out of the place so they must be good at all hair types. Also they have the equipment that looks like theyre prepared for anyone that walks through the doorPlease like if this helped you out 💯

The names speaks for itself. I have been going here for years because after comparing them to other barbershops in the city, they were the best! Dont just take my words, give it a try yourself. I promise you, you wont be dissapointed.

This place is fantastic. My youngest son loves the way they cut his hair and always comes back with a story to tell from one of the Barbers. Another of my boys just had a good 11 inches of hair cut off for his first job and went with a classic cut. The Barber did an excellent job working with all of that hair and it was nice to see how flexible they are in not just doing the modern buzz cut and angle styles.They are wonderful with teenagers and have always been gentlemen. This group of men serve as fine role models for young men right from the convenience of a neighborhood barber shop!

Place is very nice! I go there every Friday and have been for more than five years. I get my haircut done by the owner whos the best to me but they also have very nice barbers in there as well. I highly recommend this place and the owners fixed it up more and its bigger now and continues to grow. Place going up, get on while the getting is good. 👍🏾☝🏾️

The IT’S THE CUT team is a family and treat you as such. The owner and his team do a great job of giving back to their community through advise (big or small), a good laugh, networking in business, and you also get a FRESH CUT! ITC has been my shop for almost 8 years and will continue to be. The ONLY downfall.....the owner (Ace) really has terrible taste in football teams. Go and check them out.

I relocated to Dallas 5 years ago and was looking for a new barbershop. After getting cuts from several places and not being satisfied I found a home at its the cut barbershop. I have always received top notch hair cuts and service. The barbers are friendly and make the overall experience one that makes you want to return.CJ

Friendly environment. Good location. Charles is my barber and he’s very efficient. Does all he can to make sure you’re satisfied with your haircut. Doesn’t have long wait times either. Check him and the rest of the staff out.

Im a business owner and watch this shop build its brand over the last 8yrs. Steady improvement year after year. The owner is definitely reinvesting back into this business. Me and my children will continue to come for years to come.

I asked for a skin fade, hard part with a little off the top. Clippers kept catching in my hair, left a long cut where he did the hard part. Took him a couple minutes to even find scissors, took the cape off before brushing me off left hair all over me. Mediocre haircut at best. Dont remember the name but second chair to the left. Charged me 25, didnt have prices posted outside of $3 off on Mondays which it was Monday. After it took five minutes to gather ten ones for my change I didnt bother to ask the price of the cut and just gtfo there. Whole shop looks sub par at best. Shops in a great spot just run poorly.

They are well over price for their skills. I paid $22.50 for a plain edge up. I had to come home and make it look better. Do not sit in Charles chair. He spent 8 mins on my hair. Very very disappointed. I absolutely will not ever go back.

DONT RECOMMEND! this is ridiculous. My husband paid 2 times for a simple Short hair cut (Low Fade) 1st barber of course messed up. 2nd barber did fix it but charge him. Whos fault is it? The “unexperienced “ so called, Professional Barber! $50 bucks! This is Unacceptable. Never ever coming back! Go somewhere else. Save your self a headache and Money as the prices aint cheap at all!

Went to get a hair cut here and dude did not even know how to give me number 1 with a line up (A simple hair cute). I was so mad I did not even finish the cut. Coming from nyc this is sad

Stay away from Charles. His edging skills are subpar. He’s cut my hair twice and after overlooking details in my first cut being fairly new to Dallas and not knowing other shops to check out, I reluctantly went back where he messed my head up again. There won’t be a third time.

My husband came in for a cut and literally left with a cut above his lip. The older gentleman was heavy handed possibly due to dull clippers. I can only hope he cleans his equipment. He would have done a nice job if not for slicing my dude.

I have been a customer at Uptown Cuts from elementary until now. Due to a new work schedule I had to miss an appointment. Saturday, 9/23, a few minutes after 7:00 I enter Its The Cut shop. I was aware of the charge for coming after 7:00 because it was posted on the backwall, understandable. I approach a barber who was finishing up a client and ask if there was a barber available for a taper fade. Another barber was glued to the TV, watching Mississippi St. vs Georgia and providing his own commentary with various outburst. I sat against the wall and politely ask for a place to charge my phone. After an Ok from the busy barber, I walk to the nearest open outlet which was located in the College Football Fanatics baber station. The only reason I know it was his section is because not long after I plug my phone in and sat down he peels his I away from the football game and says If youre not getting a haircut by me you cannot sit in my chair. I then ask if he would be able to cut my hair and he refused. So I decide to take a chair against the wall and proceed to set close enough so I can still access my phone. The he says something like and what I meant by that is I do not want you sitting in my area, period. So I get up and ask if there was another outlet I could use because the only outlet on the other side of the wall (not in anyones section) was occupied. The Football Fan unwillingly took whosevers phone and speaker (possibly his own) off so I could sit where he wanted me to. After this, the two barbers start dicussing there plans to leaves the shop, I defineitly felt unwanted as a customer and I started to get up and leave. Only after noticing I was headed out the door the Missippi State Univeristy Lover offered me his chair and a haircut. Of course I declined, because I highly doubt my haircut would have been done with the attention and expertise I was expecting and the Football Barber certainly didnt deserve a dime from me. This is defintely not a way to treat first time clients who are interested in giving you business.Also... MSU lost. Badly.Final: 3-31

Mediocre haircut. Stale, no customer service barber. One barber is always late, and another seems like he is the only one that cares about the business.Dont have much hair to cut, so I thought my haircut would be a breeze... Naw, my stuff was jacked up and I realized that I had spots that were missed when I got into my car after after my lunch break at work. Ill go to my neice before I spend money here again, or The Fade Shop ;heard good things about that place.

Went in there about a week ago and a barber by the name of Russell I believe cut my hair. He did a great job and the other barbers were very professional and pleasant.

I would not even rate my experience here because theres nothing less than a star, I wanted to post the scars on my head but site wouldnt let me, Malcolm Rhodes was my barber.
