Sam Pack Five Star Ford has one of the most professional staffs of any dealership I have been to in my life. I love the way they let you browse the lot with no pressure on you. They greet you immediately but if you tell them you are just looking they will let you check things out until you are ready to speak to them or ask questions about a particular vehicle. Rocky Wall, my salesman, gave me his cell and answered countless texts and took my calls whenever I reached out. They even gave me direct communication with the GM, Trey Russell, and he walked me through some of the financing piece of my purchase and put my mind at ease. It allowed me to make a much more logical purchase than an emotional one which is usually how it goes when buying a car or truck. I traded in my F-150 and left with a Mach E. What a swap and they gave an amazing number for my trade. These guys are top notch and I recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle that you give these guys a ring or stop by and ask for one of these two!

I had a great experience as a first time Subaru buyer. I had researched online some sales people and found a lot of chatter around Rio Manalo who I then courted to perspectively buy from. Rio was absolutely amazing!!!! What a sweetheart!!! She was not aggressive, pushy, at all, she was very welcoming and sweet, super kind and listened, and showed me the car I wanted, even brought another less expensive car to look at side by side to the one I was inquiring about (outback wilderness) I finally decided to pull the trigger. The ordering process for the wilderness to all the communication up to the point of delivery was a breeze. The day of sale, the sales manager even came to just introduce himself, never have I seen this before ever in a dealership. Something so simple, but a nice touch. Finance guy Kenny was cool and had us in and out with no beating us over the head with additional things to buy or add for warranties. He laid them all out, asked us what if we wanted any of them and that was it. No long lecture about why I need to buy a certain warranty. Great job Kenny. Even the receptionist with the southern accent was a sweetheart. If you want a Subaru, look no further than 5 star. I think they genuinely care about their customer base. As long as the Greta relationship continues, which Im very optimistic l, Ill be back in a few years for my next car for one of the kids. Thanks 5 star, yall are legends!

I will never go there again. I took my 2019 F150 in for noise in rear suspension. The service rep calls and says it will be $2100 to fix the bad leaf spring bushings and new shocks. Long story short, I take my truck somewhere else for repairs. I turned out to be bad leaf springs and full replacement and labor cost me $1100. Half the price of their bushings. I feel like they we trying to pull one over on me. Be careful and get second opinion, it may save you alot of money.
Sam Packs Five Star Ford was a pure pleasure to deal with for my new truck. Everyone was very helpful answering any questions I had and making sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the vehicle. They took a lot of time explaining how all of the features on the truck worked and even delivered the truck to me when I decided to add another option at the last second after going to pick it up. I have received phone calls over the last couple weeks making sure I was satisfied and didnt have any questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I recommend shopping them if you are looking for a vehicle or if you need service.They did a good job working with me as I looked to mitigate some of the risks of a used car purchase and they were open to taking additional steps in solidifying the details of my deal.My sales person, as well as members of leadership, made a real effort to make me feel that the purchase was fair. I had a recall that needed to be ASAP prior to storing and shipping my truck. I called a few dealerships, but none could help me due to the short notice. That however changed with Sam Packs Five Star Ford. I called and spoke to Clay. I explained my situation to him and he told me to show up first thing the next day.When I showed up, Clay was there to greet me and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, even though they were extremely busy. Not so great! Stopped by Five Star Ford to look at a Jeep! The sales guy came out to help me and was great. Looked at the sales sheet in the window, discussed the features with me and let me test drive the car.Upon return, I was disappointed to find out that the wrong sticker was taped to the window of the car. No attempts were made to negotiate on the price, nor did a manager or supervisor apologize for their mistake. I wanted to express my most heartfelt thanks to Mr. Julian Loera, with the Parts dept. at Sam Packs Five Star Ford. For background, my son recently purchased his dream car... a pristine, better-than-showroom 2012 Mustang Boss 302 (his second Mustang GT), that we drove back from Toledo, OH. He is getting married later this month and the car will be a prominent feature of the day, as they drive off from the wedding. While he was out-of-town for his bachelor party, I agreed to pick his car up from our local dealer after a fuel injector was replaced. On the one stop I made on the way home, I pulled in too far in a parking space and his front splitter hit the concrete wheelstop, popping out the front fascia, damaging a splitter rod etc. Needless to say, it was very upsetting to me, and ultimately to my son. I promised my son I would have it fixed and make sure it is perfect. Fast forward 10 days later, with a time crunch coming for the approaching wedding, and the front end is getting repaired. We now learn that a new lower valance is needed, and that the local dealer is stating that the part is backordered indefinitely. My son is upset now with me (again!), and I begin searching the internet for the part. I placed an online order for one in NY, only to learn when I called them that they indeed did not have one. I called a dealer in St Louis, and while they did not have one in stock either, he made the extra effort to tell me that there were only 5 in all of America. He gave me the contact info for two dealers in TX. One dealers parts dept (who had two) would not answer my phone calls, which led me to Sam Packs.Julian Loera answered the call, and calmly let me know that he had the part, and that it could be overnighted if thats what I needed. He obtained my information, we transacted the deal, and as promised, he had the part overnighted to me in Nashville, TN, and I received it at 10AM the next morning. Such a relief!! It was installed that day, and brought home by that evening (see attached pics). My son can tolerate me again (LOL) and is so happy to have his car back, pristine again and ready for the wedding event.Julian may not realize how much of a stress and burden he relieved from me that day, but he absolutely saved the day. The climate control, in my 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum Super Cab, was not working properly.I took it in, Jose my service rep. was very helpful and got the process started. He arranged for a loaner ( brand new Ford F 150). The job was professionally completed. With timely communication. I am very pleased.

Trapped in Dallas: Excellent, above and beyond service care.I was driving my husband‘s truck on a very hot Saturday afternoon. It broke down in the middle of the road in which I was able to get it off a major street. I called the nearest Ford dealership in which no one can help me or transferred me to someone’s voicemail. I called two other Ford dealerships asking for help for my F3 50 truck. Considering it was a 2017 and it is now 2021, I thought this could be a quick fix. Yet no dealership was able to answer my questions or call me back.Except for Kevin at Sam. Not only did he call me back and help me, he got a tow truck to me so that the vehicle could be taken to his shop. Unfortunately, it was very close to their closing time by the time I called and my truck wouldn’t arrive there to be looked at until Monday morning.By the time we found out what was wrong with my truck, I had to fly home for a medical appointment and then come back to retrieve my truck. I am so appreciative of Kevin‘s customer service, caring concern and attention to detail.

Good experience from start to finish after finding vehicle advertised on line, I was sure to purchase. Salesman made it easy by having the finance guy call me on my schedule and holding the vehicle for a few days until I could get there to look at it and drive it. Most of the transaction was complete on line and on the phone. Showed up- looked at it, drove it, signed for it, and took it home. Very easy with that and a few follow on items I needed. Even had me in to address a concern I had after the fact a couple weeks later. Scheduled at my convenience. No problems. Probably the easiest car purchase Ive had.

One Star Ford. Service took ten days for a minor replacement and they scratched our new car, so it has to be painted now.Bought a vehicle that turned out to have a damaged roof rack. Yes, my fault for buying a car with collision damage. Easy fix we were told.Five days after buying, they tell us to bring the car in on Monday. I call service on Wednesday and told they haven’t looked at car yet. Inspect car on Thursday, they have to order parts. Following Wednesday I call...still no parts. Talk to manager, parts arrive next day. Wrong parts. We’ll call you tomorrow. Friday night comes, no call. Saturday we call, and finally get our car back. Poor communication, so you can expect to call them when you need an update.Inspect vehicle and find numerous deep scratches on our new vehicle, interior parts broken, and our vehicle has 300 miles. Manager apologizes and blames the tech. Yes, the tech is responsible, but so is the manager and quality control for not catching.Told to bring car in on Tuesday morning this time for them to fix the damage they caused. No one is here to give us a rental.It’s not just one thing about this dealership that makes it Sam Pack’s One Star Ford. From sales to service to rental, they’re unorganized, slow and terrible service.05/02/21 update: The vehicle was returned from the repair facility with runs in the clear coat, a broken molding, and areas that didnt have any clearcoat. We talked with the sales manager RJ about selling us a vehicle with collision damage. He immediately stated he would make it right and will get us another vehicle. We just signed the paperwork for the new vehicle. They took this 2021 Ford Explorer 1FM5K8GC9MGA60561 back, and replaced it with another with the exact options.
Probably should give myself three stars also, as I was excited to find the model I wanted and should have been more diligent.We agreed to price and trade quickly. Lauren even delivered 150 miles away. . Awesome sales service. Car was held for a week to fix the inherent hood paint problem with this model. Awesome.But I traded a nice clean car in to buy a Gold Certified car. with low mileage that was hard to find.Whoever did the 170 pt inspection was out to lunch. DVD players in headrests both broken. Glove box has a 1 inch gap when closed. Roof rails loose ( that is actually a recall item that just came out, thought a problem for Explorers for years.) And it is used, so the motors on doors, seats, and liftgate stick or squeal. Driver door has a dent in it ( not a ding) Tires replaced with discount replacements. The make ready did not vacuum the dog hair out of the back.So now I wait for the paperwork, and will take this to a local dealer to fix mechanical and recall stuff. The rest is just my fault for not sending Lauren back to Dallas with this very very used car.Manager Dennis White has called and offered to pick up car and try to resolve problems. While that is above and beyond, it is 150 miles away and not really viable. And this is more of a cautionary tale for someone buying from long distance. I just wanted the dealership to know that their Gold Star inspections appear to be cursory. And to warn buyers to make the trip to look at what they are buying.
I cant say enough about the tremendous service we received from Frank Goswick and team while buying our new car! We live a couple of hours away so we handled most of the details by phone before making the drive up. When we arrived our new car was parked right out front, sparkling clean and ready to go! He answered all of our questions with ease. We got through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. You just won a repeat customer!

The worst experience ever dealing with buying a vehicle. My company bought 4 trucks at the same time. Effortless sale for the dealership. From the start there was no communication or follow-up with what was promised. We had to keep calling to remind them we were still waiting. Dont bother trying to call them, you will only go to voicemail and never be given a return call. That includes sales, sales manager, finance and the general manager. Not an ounce of professionalism from this dealership. Dear Trey, dont bother attaching your insincere response to my complaint. You should have returned my calls or instructed your personnel to do so.

In having to purchase a new vehicle after a terrible car wreck which left all vehicles involved totaled. It was great to have an easy experience with the dealership. My husband loves to look at new vehicles, but hates the tug of war of negotiations. I just bought a new 2021 Ford Explorer ST from this dealership. Overall a decent experience but there are a few areas where there was room for improvement.First, the actual buying experience. I was quoted a price that was slightly better than other dealerships I had contacted for bottom line offers. When I show up to buy the car at the quoted price, it turns out that wasnt actually the price. To get that price I had finance with Ford Credit at a higher interest rate to get the extra $2K rebate they were including in the quoted price. I guess my fault for not asking clarification questions before showing up but shame on them for not disclosing that on the quote they sent. After working through that I then spent another 2 hours at the dealership waiting on financing so I can sign the paperwork. Way too long to sit around and wait.Now onto the follow up. I purchased some accessories with my car which included window tinting which I had to take my car back to the dealership to have done. There were also one or two things that did not work on the vehicle that service had to fix. Ill just leave it at there was a lot of confusion between departments (sales, service, & accessories) about scheduling the follow up work. But finally it got figured out and I got an appointment.That day/time rolls around and I show up to drop off my car. I go to pick up the loaner car and the lady that runs the loaners isnt at work yet and no one else there can help. So I wait around 30 minutes for her to show up so I can get my loaner and get on my way. I get that life happens and people are sometimes late to work but if you say you will have a loaner car ready at 7:30am then maybe train a backup person to cover the checking out of loaner cars. There were plenty of other employees at the dealership that should have been able to help but instead I had to wait 30 minutes for the one person to show up. She eventually got to work and I got a loaner and I was on my way.Suggestions to the dealership.1. Work on communications. During this process I talked to four or five different people and I had to re-explain everything to everyone. They didnt seem to relay information from one person to the next.2. Train backups. I know this is small but seriously why is there only one person that can checkout loaner cars? If service opens at 7am and people are dropping off their car to pickup a loaner maybe train the service people to checkout loaner cars in case the primary person is late.3. Be more upfront about pricing quotes. No one likes surprises when they show up to buy a car.

Dennis was so nice to me and very understanding with my concerns. He is your man to go to!! Also, Moe from Financing is very knowledgeable and will help you understand the warranties you may need or want.

As an Oklahoma resident, I was skeptical about buying a vehicle out of state & not test driven. I inquired about vehicle before dealer had a chance to put pix up on website & they sent me a couple videos. We settle on a price & salesman (Erick) informs me of an oil pan leak found. Naturally, I halt all proceedings until further notice. I try to contact salesman & can’t get ahold of him, so I reach out to manager (Kelly) & they assure me they’ll get answers. They kept their word & explained the problem (oil drain plug stripped) & replaced entire oil pan. Manager (Kelly) also informed me why salesman (Erick) wasn’t communicating (heavy/busy schedule) & it put me @ ease. I arranged to travel down to Carrollton to get drive vehicle home, but they offered to deliver to me. Again, they kept their word & got the vehicle to me safe & sound on the day they said. Had a few bumps in the process, but overall I’d do business w/ them again! Appreciated how they took care of me as a customer.
I had an amazing experience with two people here. First, was my salesman Aaron Guerra, he is SO easy to work with. After looking for 2 months for different trucks at different dealerships (exhausting) I told him what I wanted to spend, and he helped me figure it out! I couldnt be MORE HAPPY with this 2019 XLT with 8,000 miles! After I bought the truck, Alexandra Benvenuto helped me pick out a bed cover, leveling kit, new tires, and she is an absolute delight as well. My advisor, Vince, kept in contact with me via text and went the extra mile. My first issue was that my car would lose power while driving and he let me know that my extended warranty covered the issue plus a tow so I didn’t have to worry about it breaking down on the way there. Unfortunately, the service department couldn’t identify the issue, but he told me from the getgo what he felt was the issue. Once I took it home, it happened again so he said to bring it back immediately and he would make sure it was replaced within a couple hours regardless of the diagnostics. He was right and my car is running fine now. He called to follow up and I let him know my blinker was going faster than normal and he said it was the bulb and to bring it in. He got out his tools and fixed it in the service drive free of charge. I’ll definitely keep my service at Five Star as long as Vince is my advisor. He earned my trust.
I had a great experience at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in Carrollton, recently! Service Advisor, Clay Young always does an awesome job! I took my 2006 Ford Focus SE ZX4 in to get it a State Inspection, and to get a oil and lube change. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Clay Young!
Absolute disrespect for customers. I went in to get an oil change expecting to wait a bit since it was right after lunch time. They offered to drive me back to work which was great because then they picked me up and took me back to the dealership. Once I got there, thats when the service stopped. I was handed my keys and scooted to pay. When I finished up, I walked up to my car looking at it, noticing it looked like there was a dent in it. Thats because there was, a HUGE noticeable dent that was definitely not there before. When I went back and told the person who helped me, he simply just said, its the way the light is hitting it my eyes had never been so wide. I couldnt believe his response to just shove me off as if I was making it up. I finally got him to come out and take a look, still wanted to blame it on how the sun was hitting it. Fine, but EVERY angle is showing a giant dent in my car, so what does that tell you? I was told there was video and they would send me footage that I never received, after several attempts, never heard anything back, I reached the service manager who at least said well look at it. Things happen and I understand that. But a business has to own up to its mistakes and listen to the customer. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Ford but this particular house has lost my business.
I guess 5 star if what they try to be every time. We purchased a 2021 F-150 from them a few months back. Although there was a problem with the radio at first they made it worth the mix-up. We have had to get the oil changed & that took about 2 hours while we waited. Today we went to see about a piece of plastic under the truck that has come loose. They were very busy, I would say about 10 cars in line in the service area & my husband went in & promptly came back out with a service man to look at the truck. Fast service!!!
The service started out great until I actually bought the vehicle. Ive been waiting about a month for them to verify the check I gave them with my bank and they still havent so my bank is about to cancel the check. Only the operator answers the phone and no one returns calls so I have to physically go to the dealership to bring these issues to their attention. What would have been a 5 star review and service is going down the drain fast. Will update the review as the situation changes.Edit: they eventually got it all handled and, besides that issue, have been a great dealership thus far.
I give it 2 out of five stars. I scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation ONLY. They did oil change and tire rotation like they were supposed to then they took my car to their car wash! I didnt need my car washed. By the way, My first dealership service oil change I thought was supposed to to be free and I was going to pay for the tire rotation. WRONG! I shouldve had that documented. The dealership didnt have any rental or loaner cars WHICH I REQUESTED so I had to reschedule my afternoon. The service guy Jose, lacked manners, courtesy and wit. I only saw him 2 times: when I arrived and when I was ready to go. He never kept me updated on my car like I saw all other customers get. Overall If anyone plans to get servicing here, please make sure you get what you requested or just leave. It is not worth any time at all.
Wouldn’t try and sell or trade in your out-of-state vehicles here. They simply don’t know how to help their customers.Purchased here before.
Took my Lincoln to get inside door latch repaired. In and out in about 45 minutes. Kevin Cunningham the advisor who took care of this is phenomenal and knowledgeable of his job. My car will be repaired there from now on. Thank you Kevin!!

Great customer service and very family oriented vibe from all the staff! I spoke to Phil thru text which was very convenient for me. Then we met up and very qyickly closed the deal on the Ford Explorer I wanted. From start to finish, our visit was smooth and quick! Even the finance guy, whos name I wish I could remember, was very nice and didnt rush thru like most. I didnt feel like I was left with any unanswered questions. Before I left, Phil got me set up with Ford Pass, explained all the features of my new Explorer, and even got me set up with a new Tolltag! Definitely a great experience all the way around!
This place should be called 0 star Ford. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in looking for a truck. We found one we liked. Made a deal with the sales guy Jose Valles. Bank was closed over the weekend. Jose called us on Monday to let us know that my husband got approved. We drove to the dealership only to find out that the truck was sold. We were disappointed. Jose showed us 2 other trucks we liked one of them. We did a test drive everything seemed ok. My husband did notice a sound that appear to come from the engine. He told the sales guy, Jose said not to worry about it. That the truck was certified. Yes truck had a gold certification. My husband drove the truck for about 2 weeks. Took the truck back due to the sound. Oscar Jaramillo said that they would take a look at it. Husband was given an appointment for May 28th. He dropped the truck on the 28th but we didnt get any news until after 22 days. Oscar called and said that the disks were scratch. He said we have to cover the costs. Which it didnt make sense since the damage done to the disks could have never been done in 2 weeks. After speaking to Jose he said that the used vehicle insurance was going to cover the costs. And it did but they only buffered the disks and later came to find out that they did not switch the pads. What is the purpose of getting the disks buffered if they are going to get scratch again? It took them 1 month and 3 weeks to give us back the truck! Husband picked up the truck sound in engine stills there. We were told it was normal. He went back 8 days later to ask Oscar about the pads. Oscar said he only did what he was told. Husband spoke to the sales manager and he said they were not doing anything else. We do not recommend this dealership. We will never buy again from this dealership. Careful if you buy from them because they do not have a word and cannot keep their promises.
First of all the first guy that attended me wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to have patience with me even though this was my first oil change. I just wanted to do it by myself and then got a mean person, he went and attended someone else before me. He took a good while so someone else had to come and ask why I hadn’t been attended yet. He was nice... however, they said it would be a couple of hours. Okay. But I didn’t expect to be waiting 4 hours now. I love this Ford and that’s why I come here for maintenance checks even though it’s far from me. I live in Plano. But I’m not sure I’ll want to come here for the next oil change.

We came here to buy an ecosport. We are skeptical when it comes to car dealerships as we havent the best experience in the past. I must say this place is truly different. They are upfront, honest and reliable about their pricing which is rare for a car dealership. They are a HUGE dealership and carry some good inventory. We also got a really good deal on our ford ecosport and are very happy about our purchase. The people we dealt with are Eddy Q & Justin and they were both just fantastic. Id recommend them if you want a great and easy car buying experience.

Working with Justin McCarrol was a breeze. We did the whole deal over the phone. After we had signed everything Justin agreed to sit on the truck for 6 days because I couldn’t make it to the dealership due to my work schedule. When I got ready to make the 5 hour drive from Midland, Brenden agreed to meet me in Weatherford TX cutting 1 hour off my commute. Everything about this deal was easy, even dealing with Tommy Lee in the finance department was a joy as his personality and demeanor is great. You kind of expect the “sales guy” to be helpful and excited about the deal, but the difference here is everyone I spoke with at Sam Pack was completely awesome and truly made me feel like a VIP.
Repairs to the brake system were completed in a timely manner but there was an issue with the car when I tried to pick it up. I had a master cylinder and booster replaced and the brake lights were stuck on when I got it requiring a technician to come and and adjust it before I could leave. When I got home I also noticed that there was a tool, a 90 degree pick, that was left on the cowl by the driver wiper blade. I would like to point out that they were trying to finish my car late in the afternoon but, the QC on the repairs was subpar.
They did a great job of selling me a brand new Ford. Price was very reasonable. I will be buying from them again in the future.
So I actually wasnt even really planning to buy a car the day I went in. I was just going to see an explorer in person. But issue is Im picky and knew exactly what I wanted as far as options. I even said its ok if you dont have what I want.We guess what. They had one just waiting in the back in the color and with the options I wanted. So we started taking numbers and I wanted more for my trade in than they offered. And being as I hadnt driven that car, they told me to go get it and maybe we could work something out.So I went home and got the car and I actually got financing thru a third party while at home.I went back to the dealership and they agreed my car was worth more and gave me a number I was comfortable with.I then told them I have third party financing and they said thats totally fine we can use that if you want. But they said they can probably beat the interest rate I was given. So I agreed to let them run my credit and they came back with a lower payment and better rate than I was given thru my third party!!!!!!!So I went with their financing and was out of there in about an hour. Amazing customer service and great selection of vehicles.5/5 stars for sure. Definitely recommending to family and friends!!!
Horrible, horrible, horrible service!! Came in with a pre-approval, and was treated every so disrespectfully!! My salesman, Mr. Alex Ruvalcaba, who invited me to come in to pick out a vehicle, had me waiting in the lobby, for nothing less than an two and a half hours! Lied to me and informed me that my wait would only be a few minutes, only to disregard myself and my business!! Didnt even acknowledge the secured finance that I walked thru the door with!! Didnt offer a test drive, to see the vehicle in person, nothing!! Didnt even come out when he saw me getting in my vehicle to leave. So very disrespectful and unprofessional!! I wouldnt refer an enemy to this place!! Never again!!
I just took my car in because my running lights werent working, and they got to work quickly. This really made me feel special. The service is exceptional, and the employees go above and beyond to please their customers. One VERY satisfied customer. I want to personally shout out Emilio Coach Rodriguez, as well as Kenneth Faircloth for personally tending to my needs. I will only use them from here on out!

The end result of my experience with Sam Pack Five Star Ford was great! In the beginning, I had a chance to look around the lot alone, not by choice, maybe it was a busy day 🤷🏾♂️. What that did was give me an opportunity to really think about my next move without any added pressure. Right when I was about to second guess myself, here comes Mr. David Baldovin! You guys have a hell of a salesman in him! He did a great job! I was very comfortable with our line of communication. He was very knowledgeable and assuring as well. Also, Michael Pisarik is a great manager as well! Very patient and detailed. I am very happy with my purchase!
Awesome dealership to work with. Eric Garcia was our salesperson and cant say enough great things about him and the service he provided. He was professional, polite and made our buying process go smooth and easy. Please if you want to buy a vehicle from here call and ask for Eric. You will be glad you did. Turns out they had the perfect truck for me on the showroom floor! I qualified for no interest financing which I didn’t expect with a score in the low 700s. We we’re in and out pretty quickly and they have been great to deal with since. Great working with the team at Sam Packs!

With the exception of Ford taking more than a month to get an approval for a defective steering wheel under warranty, which I know is out of the control of the service advisors, the customer service provided by everyone at Sam Pack is simply awesome! By the way, I’m still waiting on the approval! But, this is where the exceptional customer service comes into play. My service advisor Carina Thompson is simply the best. With her hectic schedule she still finds the time to keep me informed on the status of the warranty issues. She listens, is attentive, and always keeps her word. These attributes are why I drive one way for 32 miles to service my Raptor at Sam Pack. Oh, and I can’t forget about Stefany with an F! She is sweet, outgoing and always has a friendly smile when she takes my money!!! Both Carina and Stefany with an F need a raise! More importantly, they need to be recognized as simply great employees at Sam Pack.
Purchased a new F150 from Sam Pack 5 Star. Worked with Kurt in Internet Sales. It was quick and painless. I made 2 trips to the dealer, 1st was to appraise my trade and agree upon a value, 2nd trip was to take delivery and sign finance papers. Total of both trips was less than 2 hours. Very happy with the experience and efficiency of the dealership.
I recently realized that I needed to get my State Inspection renewed and only had a couple of days left before the end of the Month. I called Garrett at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford and he got me in right away on the same day. Their car service brought me home and then came back later in the day to pick me up to get my car. It certainly helps to have a great Service person like Garrett when you need some extra help.
