Mansour was an amazing driver! He was prompt, polite and can carry on a pleasant conversation - or not - if I was busy on the phone. He made an extra stop for me so that I was prepared for a busy next day. I felt like a big deal when I saw my name on the dashboard when exiting the airport!

Dave Erdman and the ESC team provided impeccable, dedicated service from the first booking call until the last passenger disembarked after the final dance!Ours was a day-long multiple trip event which required various wedding parties to arrive at The French Farmhouse Venue at various times throughout the day.From a hotel some 40 minutes away, chauffeurs Gershon and Curtis acted as courteous English Gentlemen. Gershon served the early trips, loading the bride, her attendants and all things Bridal for the 800am delivery and then returned for the groom and his guys (and a few cases of adult beverages, I think) for the 12pm delivery, all with a gracious demeanor and attitude of service.At 3:00, ECS chauffeur Curtis arrived on time and graciously welcomed the plus-ones and other guests playing a role in the wedding event for a 4:15 delivery and a 10pm return. Curtis offered a kind and gracious demeanor-even in the face of 31 after the wedding party riders some of whom might have consumed a few of those adult beverages.ECS provided an excellent service with personnel of extraordinary character in vehicles of amazing comfort and quality.If you want your event to be remembered as excellent, extraordinary and amazing, you want ECS. Excellent transportation service.

We used ECS for airport transportation for 10 people to and from Love Field. I can’t say enough positive things about them! The driver arrived well before our departure time and was there waiting for us once we returned. The Mercedes van was spotless and our driver was safe, professional and well dressed! We wouldn’t use anyone else for our transportation needs!

The driver came early and helped me locate the correct address. He was very professional and helpful with the luggage. At the airport, it was great seeing that that big, beautiful, luxury SUV waiting for my family. Thank you, ESC! Great job!

0 STARS!!! The service here was APPALLINGLY horrific. We used this group to transport my sisters wedding party from the ceremony to the reception and TERRY was our driver. Where do I even begin. The ride started off poorly when Terry refused to get closer so my sister wouldnt have to walk as far in the pouring down rain. After 10 minutes of arguing with Terry, he finally pulled closer, audibly grumbling the entire time. Then I request to play music (after all, it is a party bus). He says he can turn the radio on. When I ask if there is anyway he can hook up my phone, Terry mumbled I dont know, I just got the bus. Im sorry.... I thought you were supposed to train your drivers before you let them drive??? Once we get to the reception, he refuses to pull up the driveway and under the awning, because The bus wont fit. Even though at leas 20 people were under the awning assuring him the bus would fit, he still refused. Its as if he enjoyed being difficult. Finally, I asked him if he wont pull under the awning will he at least pull up the driveway so my sister wont have to walk all the way up in her SILK WEDDING DRESS. His response? No, I dont want to have to back out. THEN WHY ARE YOU DRIVING A FREAKING BUS. So sad that we had to deal with this on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my sisters life. When I called the next week to make a complaint, the woman I spoke with said that they talked to the driver and the driver told her he wouldnt pull up because the valet told him he couldnt??????? This never happened, as I was there the entire time and the valet was motioning for him to DRIVE UP THE DRIVEWAY! Not only are ECS Transportation Groups employees flat out rude and lazy, theyre dishonest too!The woman I spoke with, Eva, assured me that the owner would call me the next day, between 10-11. After waiting around without receiving any call, I decide to call again at 12. Apparently, Joanna, the owner, was still not in her office and I was sent to her voicemail. Have I heard anything back yet? Of course not! I shouldnt be surprised by this because of how horrific the service was, but seriously??Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your transportation. Oh, and Terry??? Do us all a favor and get out of the service industry before you ruin someone elses big day.
