Dropped my Tahoe 2016 for a transmission flush on a Tuesday, checked it and oil was black (not pink)not a mechanic so I figured it would get pink. By Friday my truck would not shift gears, took it to my dealership and they said the filter and flush had not been done. Tranny pan was dirty and had not been clean. Magnet was dirty had not been cleaned. Charged me $230 for nothing! Thief’s, don’t go there unless your watching them work on your vehicle. Taking them to small claims, have video and 2nd opinion from dealership that service was not done.

I had what I feared might be a major repair on my car. I took it to Jerrys, and they diagnosed it as something very minor. Very minimal fee and my vehicle was finished in under an hour. Outstanding service! I would definitely recommend and use them again!

While traveling for a family emergency, my wifes car began making a strange noise. She was able to schedule a next morning appointment despite calling at closing time on Friday. Mechanic Bill gave the car a quick inspection and determined the issue was simply a loose heat shield on the exhaust. He then rotated the tires and returned the vehicle charging less than what we would pay for just the tire rotation back home. Thank you guys for taking care of this so quickly!

They seem nice and prices are reasonably. I brought in two tires to get swapped out. The wheels did have wheel locks that needed removed after wheel lock key was lost. However, the tires are directional and they mounted one of them backwards. Now Ill have to get it dismounted and mounted back on in the correct direction.

They are very reasonably priced and nice. Only thing was they told me theyd come tow my car and it took them a week to come get it. However the next time I needed a fix they came right away and fixed it quick and cheap. Ill definitely go back.

I was in a pinch and they came through when none of the other shops would because of thanksgiving weekend. Really nice people and had two tires changed and balanced in 25 minutes. Price is reasonable aswell.

We have used Jerrys from minor repairs to major. The staff have always been professional and seem to know what they are doing. Owner Bill has gone out of his way to service our needs.We live an hour away from Carroll but travel there often for family. Once, I broke down on Sunday in Carroll. I went to Jerrys and a staff member happened to be in. He happily assisted me with the minor repairs. I was happy to tip him and amazingly we never received a bill for the work.

My second time there and I love the people, very nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is very unreliable. Ive been without a car for a week and half and havent got a singe phone call to when it may be done. The least these guys could have done is given me a phone call but instead I had to call someone else to find out that my car was not going to be done. Very unprofessional. I will not bring my car back here again.
