I first heard of this company on the news amongst the many businesses on Franklin struggling with the quarantine shut down, especially with the UNC events cancellations. We wanted to give them as much business as possible. Since then we have used their balloon services many times, and their service is always above and beyond. We called Balloons & Tunes for a special request yesterday, and not only did Pat and company come through with flying colors but they did at a fair price point! Can’t thank you 😊 enough!You guys rock!

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter who is away at college. I told Pat to use her best judgment to put together something beautiful. Wow. This far exceeded my expectations !!!! 👏🏻🎈

B&T prepared three bright and fun bouquets for my daughters first birthday. She LOVED them and not only marveled at them when they arrived but subsequently has spent hours of fun carrying them around our house. The weights are just the right size for this - not so heavy to be dangerous, but definitely solid enough to hold the balloons down - and the balloons are a creative mix of pinks and gold, which is what B&T suggested and what went perfectly with our party! Thank you for all you did to make this day special, including the door-to-door delivery!

Amazing experience at this local Carborro shop! The woman who helped us was fantastic. With only a few hours to spare before an event, she customized very classy looking balloons. I could not recommend this business more emphatically!

We used Balloons and Tunes for our daughters baby shower and they are wonderful! We wanted 3 white clouds made from helium balloons for a vintage stork theme. They surpassed my wildest dreams using 3 different employees to create each cloud to give them a more organic appearance. Everyone commented how amazing the clouds were. The lady who delivered the balloons was professional and very helpful, she even gave us excellent decorating tips.

I love this store. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful place in our town. I will always support local, and its such a treat to do so here.

A great, reasonably priced store convenient to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. I bought balloons on Thursday and they are still floating high (it is Monday). Plus they have lots of interesting and fun party supplies that you might not be able to find at other stores.

I didnt know balloon specialty stores were a thing until a friend told me about Balloons and Tunes. Game changer. I hate going to an understaffed grocery store with a deserted floral counter. This place is the polar opposite; they have excellent customer service and expert advice.
