Rented with them in Carpinteria and they almost RUINED my wedding. Extremely unhelpful customer service after delivering an incomplete order the day before my wedding. They promised to fix it by the end of the day, and they didnt. Then they promised to deliver what Id ALREADY PAID FOR the day of my wedding (yesterday) by noon, and they didnt. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. EVER. FOR ANYTHING.
