Check in was a bit of a hassle. Front desk wasnt that helpful as they assumed I knew how to sign in and room code was incorrect so had to phone them a few times to be let in. Other than that it was a great stay, perfect location with view (no balcony) clean and full kitchen. Beach is literally steps away, shops/stores is close enough 3 min walk. Will deff book again next visit!!

I booked reservation weeks before traveling to Puerto Rico. I called days prior to add on another day and was told I couldn’t do it because the room wasn’t available. They provided me with another room that was available for the additional days I wanted to stay. Reservations were made and room was paid for. The same day I was suppose to check in they called me and told me that there was a glitch in their system and my room was no longer available. They did issue my refund but leaving me no where to go on my trip. It was a Friday and everywhere was booked up for the weekend. It was such an a major inconvenience. I will never book with them ever.

Nice location, Hostess Mil was very nice and greated us at 1am. Place very clean and has a beautiful view of the beach. The place was well remodeled and very comfortable. Would stay there again.
