Great Customer Service. Fast Delivery.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. This service provider is incompetent and unprofessional. My package was on hold at the main facility after allegedly 4 attempts of delivery. However, after reviewing my security camera only 2 attempts were done. Given the situation I called the main facility and indicated to please not send back my package as I was going later that week. A second call was made to make sure that the package was at this locations and I was assured it was. Yet, at the location the staff indicated that it was sent back. I indicated that, only 2 deliveries were made and that I called to make sure it was at this location. To my astonishment the only reply was pues and nothing more. They are horrible at this.
Bad service. I called DHL to have a package pick up with detailed instructions and my phone number. I received a confirmation Email with a time window for pick up. DHL never showed up and I missed a deadline to submit a document. DHL is unreliable service. No good
Worst service, worst organized, as bad as the us postal service. Package on hold in Cincinnati for days. Arrived San Juan and on hold again for days without any update or delivery date. Not the first time this happens. Slow slow slow service. You call for pick up and show up to an endless line. Takes 30 minutes with each customer. Horrible service and horrible experience. Go with FedEx or UPS next time. Hate when you purchase something and they ship you on us postal or DHL. Awful and nightmarish.

Do not answer phone, outdated updates and not accurate. Packages take an eternity. Its understood the issue with the COVID-19 but the way the logistics are being managed show an lack of management coordination.
The customer service over the phone was EXCELLENT, i have to say i never had such a good experience over the phone long time ago. Keep it up !

Horrible experience!!! Location is completed disconnected from Corporate! After 6 weeks of waiting and false promises of delivery I had to drive 75 miles to pick it up.... and after 13 unfruitful phone calls!!!!!! God does exist....because the fact that these people are still in business proves it!!!!!

Package was on hold for 24 hrs in Cincinnati without any reason. Then it was received in SJ facilities and the tracking system says Shipment will be delivered as agreed since 2:20pm from previous day. Believe me, I did not agree to receive the package four days late!!!

So i was thinking the bad service was because of the hurricane. But theres bad reviews from a year ago. Seems like nothing changes. Paid 470$ for express shipping and the package has been on hold more than 10 days. Worst service ever... Calls are redirected to a foreign company that never actualy contact the office in San Juan. More than 10 calls later and almost two weeks the package is still on hold.
No a single package has been delivered to my location. More than 5 packages hold without reason and nobody can fix this? This is unbelievable worst service on rhis buisness.
If you want your package in time, search for another company. Called a couple of times to update my street address, they kept telling me to call back in half an hour...and still havent updated my address.

I have been on the phone from 10pm until3:54 pm. I have been transferred to phones that no one picks up. I talked to Rodriguez and was cut off, Mr Eli and he indicated he would call back in 15 min gave him an hr. Talked to Karen who had me wait more than 12 mins and then hung up, this happened various times. Then I talked to a sup. Name Koren same result. Second time using your service. My mistake, note to myself, never again. Real Bad Customer Service.
Worst and slowly company ever in Puerto Rico. Two times I received packages lately. I dont like the company service and if you want your package in time, search for another company.

I have presented a great inconvenience in the delivery of my package, I have been waiting for more than 15 days since the package arrived in my town, so that they deliver it to me, and I am still waiting. I have contacted customer service on several occasions and their response is that I have to keep waiting. In my opinion I have already waited long enough for the delivery of this one.
In my opinion they are thieves, since I paid for the delivery service to my house and supposedly the address I put was incorrect and I had to go to pick up the package at the DHL store and they did not give me any kind of refund for what happened not a simple apology for having to go to the store.

Since June 30 they indicate that they delivered my package to a person who has nothing to do with me or at the time they indicate they delivered it. I call and the operators (various) indicate that the warehouse does not respond to my request. Now to wait for a supervisor. Terrible service

Terrible company. 2 weeks ago they have my package in “hold”, I went to the facilities and they did not want to deliver it to me, they sent it to USPS and they returned it. There is NO communication between the headquarters and the facilities in Carolina, if you call customer service they never know anything. They are useless!
Terrible Service They do not call the customer to give reasons for the delay in delivery, they do not stop repeating the same excuse to the customer they charge you enough for an international shipment with the promise that they deliver it for the selected date and it is a lie they do not deliver it as They should and do not want to reimburse you for the cost of shipping due to their inefficiency in delivering the package. I found out that my package had arrived on the island because the company that sent it to me was concerned about sending me the shipping updates. They said that my package was in my country and they do nothing to deliver it to me, nor do they have me very upset with this situation and I plan to sue for breach of contract because they have not complied with the shipment.

DHL PR does not work !! I wasted half a day waiting for my package in the sun, to be told that normal mail would deliver it to me tomorrow. Besides, the information I gave them was that I was going to pick it up at their office.
