I always washed my car in this place since 2015! I loved it because they passed me the vacuum and cleaned it inside! Yesterday I went and saw that they removed the vacuum service! If I go to that place it is to have my car cleaned inside and out! DO NOT pay for me to vacuum it! They lost a customer!

This afternoon I had to visit the emergency car wash. I arrived at approximately 4:57 pm. I understand that they close at 5pmHowever, after they charged me for the basic service (the only one they were offering), an employee of the place turned off the vacuum cleaners. I understand that they want to leave, but at least they must have asked. I paid for a service which includes the vacuum and I couldnt use it, since the employee seemed to be in such a hurry that he turned off all the machines.Anyway: at least they should have notified it before one paid. That is law in any business.

I really like the Costco one on 65.

It is fast and they take good care of you and explain what the car needs so that it is up to date on maintenance.

The washing machine works 100% but when you pay for a Premium service or the one that follows that includes washing of mud guards, rings and rubbers, they should improve because the truth is that the boys botch those areas and what is drying in the same way and the glitter of rubbers never shines and they mess it up just the same.

The carwash machine broke a piece of the door and they do not respond

I was at the weekend and asked to wash with triple foamy wax, which is not the basic service. Before you could know if they were giving you the service in the machine because the color of the wax changed if it was basic or deluxe. This time the foam was white and there was no way of knowing if for what you paid you were given the correct service because the color of the wax did not change. We asked and they said that the color of the wax now remained always white outside or not foamy. I am hesitant to pay for a more expensive service and not be sure that the employee changed the machine for the service you requested.

Like any machine Car Wash leaves many parts of the dirty car, but the times that the visit provides good service and prices are not bad.

The washing staff should guide the customer about difficult stains or dirty that the car has based on the washing chosen in case it is necessary to upgrade it or cancel the service and DO NOT SPEND MONEY FOR ANYTHING. Ive been using your service for years and my car has never been dirty and wet like today. I no longer take a chance and I will pay $ 3 more to have it washed elsewhere by hand.☹️ Disappointed! 🤷
