Very bad experience. The dude is a scammer. Their website literally says $70 for a 30 min jet ski rental but when I went up to him he quoted $80 if single rider and $90 if two people riding. There is no place on the island which charges you for an extra rider. All the other jet ski places only charge for the jet ski, no matter if one rider or two.And while we were arguing with him there was a couple who also came up to rent jet skis and the dude charged them one jet ski 30 min for $90. Then two girls came up to him to rent and he charged them $60 per person for 2 jet skis. The guy just makes up prices on a whim.The jet skis were in poor condition. One of the skis rear bumper half ripped off, one of speedometers not working at all, and one jet skis handle bars was fixated on steering to the left which made the jet ski very difficult to control.On top of this, the dude rides in the water with you so that he can make sure to cut off 10 minutes from your time and bring you back to shore early. I was literally arguing with him in the water that we still had 10 minutes left.Would not recommend. Theres 4 other jet ski rental places on Isla Verde which you should check out instead.

Specifically asked the employee behind the counter what were the terms for renting the Jet Skis. We had 7 people and 5 were experienced riders. We didnt want a cheesy tour or chaperone telling us every move to make. He said no problem, stay 10ft apart (way too close), and have fun. We paid $840 to rent 7 Jet Skis and stay within a specific area. Not to go past the rocks, right corner, and not to enter the swimming area. If we crash it, we buy it!!!It took the owner 20 minutes to untie the Skis, he was yelling at us and his employee that has worked there for 3 days. I thought it may have been a language barrier issue at first. I asked the employee what time it was when we took off, he stated 3:30. We went straight out to hit some waves, the owner comes out screaming GO IN GO IN, saying things like are you !u@king stupid. I asked him to calm down and tried to explain that we were just staying within the boundaries and agreed upon terms. He had no idea what his employee at the desk told us, changed the rules on the water, and screamed for 45 minutes. At 3:15 he said time was up. I tried to explain that we asked his employee what time it was and that he should verify. He just creamed at the top of his lungs. Guess we got charged for him dropping the rope in the water and screaming for 20 min at the beginning. We had a few prior Military members in our group, this old guy would have fought us if he could. Several times he got in an aggressive stance and wanted to board someones Jet Ski.Complete waste of money!!!! Terrible equipment!!! So Unprofessional!!!#SPENDYOURMONEYONSOMEONEBETTER

Called at 2pm for jet ski after other place said we couldn’t ride because we’re not 21 ( we’re 20) the old man knew enough English, told us come at 4pm it was ok. $70 for 30 min $149 for 1 hour . He only accepts cash there’s an atm in hotel lobby but charge a $5 atm charge. The man explained how to use them told us the areas to go and not to go and we had FUN ! Simple and fun!

I personally dont recommend attending this place to rent a jet ski. First off the man that was explaining the rules didnt address the distance I should stay away from others riding so when I pull up to someone I know a wave causes our boats to tap. Im told we have to go back to shore and that we can no longer ride. I try to explain that our boats just tapped because a wave hit my jet ski and moved it. One of the employees comes and accusses me of purposely trying to bash the jet ski. What!!! Why would even do that on purpose. That makes no sense. I tell him, but off course his co-workers believe him who was on shore rather than the person on the actual jet ski. I try to get a refund since I only rode for 2 minutes (they said 6 since they count the time that it takes for them to actually get you a jet ski) and they tell me no. I try to explain again what happened and then a group of employees comes attacking me and my friend for wanting a refund. One old employee rudely comes and tells me( as if i were a child) that I was heading straight for the other jet ski and that I accelerated towards it. Then I explain to the man I paid that not all the rules were properly explained to me and my friend. Now Ive never gone jet skiing before so I made a to pay attention to all their rules. When I go to say that I didnt know we couldnt be close or around each other the man who told me the rules lies and says that he did say that. Overall bad experience and if u want to go a place with great customer service this is not it. Also their prices not to great $60 for 30 mins( and thats per bike). I feel like I wasted money.

Great service!!! We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and rent 2 jet ski for half hour a nice young man named MELVIN take care of me and my kids and we had an awesome ride!!

Go see Melvin Hernandez, I went on the tour and it was awesome & very informational. I had so much fun!!!! It will not disappoint.

~!~!~STAY AWAY~!~!~If I could, I would rate this a zero. It was horrible, he told us it would be 5 min then finally came 55 min later. Then he was rude and impatient when bringing us to the jetskis. After the half hour was done, we went back to get our belonging from the lock box but had to wait while he out rite starred at underage girls. He was very kreepy and strange. Will not be renting from him again.P.s. He took our group out knowing that they put out a red flag which means STAY OUT OF THE WATER

KNO jet ski was AMAZING... first time on jet skies and Im in my 30s, on vacation for the first time in Puerto Rico we stayed at the Ritz in San Juan Isla Verde, we where given SEVERAL numbers of different jet ski companies by the conceirge but this company was the ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERED. I explained to the man that answered that my fiance and I where interested in renting jet skies for an hour and that if I felt safe enough, the next day we would love to take a tour of the Morrow and other attractions. He told us a crazy price at first but when my fiance negotiated for a deal on the 2 days he reduced to a fair price. He told us to exit thru the rear of the hotel walk to the water and face right, walk on water 1 minute and you see me big smile behind court yard marriott(on the walk we where approached by other tour rental companies also with REDICULOUS prices) We get there and they DO NOT TAKE credit cards bring cash or the fiance will have to run back to get some cash from the 8th floor then run back!!(Love Him) After all the work we rid for an hour it was exciting, amazing had a cheesy smile from ear to ear and the next day the tour was one of the most beautiful things Ive ever seen. The view from the jet skies of the island was WOW!!! They say its a 2 hour tour but its really like 1 hour and 45 min. Overall great experience if I ever come back will do again minus the obstacles!!
