I usually have a good experience with Enterprise, but not being open on the weekends is new to me, I only rent cars for the weekend, now I have to rent a car for four days, and they cant even adjust the price to reflect that, totally ridiculous. The staff is always great, but I dont like this, I dont want to, but I will be renting somewhere else.

Horrible company!! If you want to drop off the car in a different city its more than renting the car for a weekend. 200 dollar deposit, unhelpful and unfriendly. Do not rent from them!!

Horrible service...I just left Enterpise & The whole process took them 5 hours to complete.. My advice if you want to rent from them is to come hours ahead of time.. Or make sure your schedule is open.. It should never anyone that long to rent a car..
