I NEVER write reviews but this is a rare exception. I was in Indianapolis on business and my anniversary was the day I got back home so I decided to take a chance and get waxed up here. My appointment was with Ashley. I got to the salon and was greeted by a very nice girl at the reception desk who took all my information. Then Ashley came out and took me back to the room. I have had issues in the past with ingrown hairs and I spent a few minutes speaking with her about my options. She was very attentive, super nice and used a couple different kinds of wax in different areas to deal with the ingrown hair issue. She made me feel very comfortable the entire time, was very personable as well as professional and did a fantastic job. She hit a couple of other areas without charging me extra, paid attention to my concerns and it barely hurt at all. I wish she worked in Austin, where I live. I would go to her every time if she did. 5 stars for sure.

Melissa does a fantastic job. She made me feel very comfortable for my first time doing a Brazilian wax; lord knows I was a nervous wreck. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. I would definitely recommend coming here for waxing.

Melissa is great! Very professional and good at what she does! Little to no pain with her technique and with the wax that she uses! Would definitely recommend her to anyone for waxing those sensitive areas!

It was a great experience. The spa was relaxing and the experience was way less painful then previous bikini waxes at other spas. She was easy to talk to and very professional. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. The receptionist is very sweet, efficient and organized. I had a brazilian wax by Ashley. She is fantastic. The best wax Ive ever had. She is quick, too. 30 min, total. Highly recommend this place. Next time Im going to try a facial as well as a wax.

The eyelash extensions are fabulous. Im so pleased I return every 2-4 weeks for fillins. Annemarie has a wonderful technic for waxing that makes the experience very nice, with little to no pain. I highly recommend The Waxing Spot for facials, waxing and eyelash extensions.

I have been going here for a couple years now, and I have always enjoyed it. It is the best out of any waxing salon I have gone to out of any in the Indy area. The service that I get here is a Brazilian wax, and thats the only service I have ever gotten, so that is all I can speak out, just to preface. Today 9/9 I got a Brazillian wax at the Carmel location on 116th Street with Melissa. She is new at the that location, but has been doing this kinda of work for 6 years or so now. She is the BEST waxer I have ever had. I had to do NO touchup when I got home, and I had NO skin breakout on my skin, and I have really sensitive skin. I am just amazed at how great the experience was. She was focused, and you could tell she knew what she was doing, while at the same time, she was so sweet and kind and calm. Best experience I have ever had. Only place and person I will ever go to from here on out.

When I arrive I look like a yeti. When I leave I am smooth and hairless thanks to the wonderful staff at The Waxing Spot!
