Absolutely perfect! I worked with Doug and Tammy! They made this the smoothest of experiences for me. I work long hours, so it was great to know I could send one of two emails/texts a day and them handle the rest. I called Doug and we were able to go see houses the next day. Doug did a phenomenal job with negotiations, not only on price, but on closing costs/improvements as well. Tammy and Doug scheduled the inspector for me and then immediately went back to negotiations with a few issues with home (I have contractors numbers via Tammy as well).
