I made an appointment for an inspection of my property to see if they would be interested in purchasing it. Nathaniel came out and looked at it, and came across as professional and we had a great conversation. He said he would be back with me in 24 hours with an offer. It has been over a week and he still hasnt gotten back with me. He also has not returned my messages or given me an explanation for the delay. I guess I will move on, but the experience was a waste of time and a huge disappointment.

This company told me they were going to make an offer on my 4 properties and had a long discussion with me about doing so. They made me believe that my properties fit their criteria up front and had nothing negative to say about them. Then I get the email...We have triple checked our numbers and we wont be able to make an offer. Sheesh...no reason, no logic, no explanation. They are not the rescuers they claim to be for those who have properties they need to get rid of. Advertising as Christians is great and all, but in the end they sold me a false bag of goods. Thats why they get a one star.

Very bad experience with this company. This company backed out of a Signed Purchase Agreement. With no legit reason per several local realtors and legal advise experts. I will be proceeding through small claims or civil court this week. I dont recommend this company. Although, Ronnie was very nice and pleasant in person and over the phone!
