Customer service is excellent. GROOMING IS A NIGHTMARE that customer service cant fix. My purebred puppy was beautiful - might be 6 months or more before shes pretty again. Youve been warned - dont use this grooming salon. Im guessing the Covid labor situation is the problem. They are left with totally incompetent groomers/apprentices.

WORST PET SMART. Literally didn’t want to cut our dogs hair because it was a little matted. Instead of dealing with it they told us he still had a stitch in from when he got neutered about 5 months ago. So they shaved his back to where there’s hardly no hair and left the rest and his head isn’t cut. The sides aren’t cut. Worst place to get a groom. Definitely don’t recommend it and the people that dealt with him are very rude

Im writing about the Banfield Hospital inside Petsmart. Nice place. Doctor did a good job with the procedure. Only criticism is that I wasnt given good enough post op care information. That is easily remedied by asking questions.

Had exactly what we wanted. A pop up puppy play pen. The best one we found. Can fold up and take on vacation.

Bath and brush, excellent value! Technician Ari was quick to calm down my anxious pup and get him ready. We will be back!

It was very dark inside. The fish tanks had several dead fish floating in them. The Greenfield Petsmart is bright and the fish tanks look amazing! This one in Carmel was a huge disappointment.

I really like PetSmart and am happy to report that the amazing service we got at our previous home store hasnt changed with us moving. This store was clean, organized, and had friendly, helpful staff. One man even spent a significant amount of time helping me figure out what products would work best for my stressed out cat. He made it a point to be nice to my kids and even tried to help one of them with their Transformer. I appreciated this and will shop here for all of my pet needs.

Called and asked about nail trimming and were told we could just walk in. Went to store with our dog and 3 kids and they said it would be about 10 minute wait. They called our name and another dog ended up taking our spot. We approached an associate and were told we would have to wait another 5 - 10 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes we finally were able to start checking in and they asked for our phone number so I provided it, then they said since we had never been there we needed rabies paperwork. This was the first time they ever had mentioned that we needed to do this for a nail trim. After waiting close to 45 minutes at this point, we were told they could not do anything without that paperwork. I would have expected someone along the way to have said we needed this paperwork when we arrived, or when we called, or when interacting with at least 5 other associates no one mentioned this only to find out when we were ready to have it done. I even had said multiple times that it was a our first time to pet smart for this. Terrible customer service. No one even apologized that no one had told us in advance. Absolutely terrible. We will be sure to tell everyone about this experience as we have several friends and dog trainers that have recommended but after this we will make sure everyone knows. We will not be back.

Brought my dog in for an 8:00 am appointment with Autumn for a cut and bath. We just adopted our dog and he had mats because of this Autumn said she was unable to get his hair short enough to cut it. Instead of bathing him and cutting areas that she felt comfortable with she refused his service all together. We also signed up for nail trimming/grinding and a teeth brush. Why did his “mats” stop her from performing those services? She did not want to be there at 8:00am and it was obvious.

We just completed our 1st set of training classes for our 8m old puppy. Taylor is an awesome trainer and the staff and store are great.

Brought in my Austrailian Shephard and Shephard mix for grooming. They did a really great job. Plus, one of them likes to smile and might snap (light brown one). They noted his feet were sensitive but got the job done!

This is a great place to shop for our furry family members and our aquatic family members. Give it a look you wont be sorry!

Ive used this PetSmart for years to take care of my dogs. My animal requires special food for dietary restrictions and they always have it in stock. Lines are usually short and service very quick. I also love that theyve started issuing reward points for purchases. I will certainly continue to use this PetSmart for my animals needs.

Whomever was handling cash register #1 at about 11:35am today needs some nuclear-grade antidepressents, because she snatched the item I was returning out of my hand, berated me on a return for not having the original card I purchased the item with, and demanded i accept store credit instead. Nice. Id give a name but when I came back in at 11:45am to get a name, she had been replaced at the register. Probably a good thing. Angry woman.

Grace helped my 6-year old son and our family start a new hobby and helped me spend my money wisely on a new fish tank and set up! She was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great asset to your CArmel location.

Came in in need of help with some kitten food. I found someone stocking the shelves, not knowing at the time it was the manager of the store, I stopped and asked her for help on where specific food was or what food she suggested and she really did not know anything about the products on her stores shelves and she didnt help me any more then I could have helped myself by going online.As the manager of the store, I wish she knew more about her products the company she is employed by sells.

After reading the web site and seeing that grooming was open a 8am I came in. After arriving they told me they cant do anything until 9:30am. Very disappointed today. I normally get good service here, but this day. Apparently, who ever runs the web site cant fix the hours that are incorrect. Allison, who started 3 months ago was very helpful and got me in a bit earlier. Shes great!

Store is always clean and stock full of anything you need for your pets. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Grace was polite and friendly and jumped in to help when the line grew long at the register. Wed just left the nearby Walmart before this and were treated terribly. Graces attitude turned our night around.

Went here for kitten food and they didnt have it in stock but did have kitten sized harnesses. Usually the staff is helpful but seems to lacks in depth knowledge about products and animals. Usually has a fairly quick check out time.

Nice and clean, well-organized. Sometimes tough to get an associate to help you out when needed. In other words, a little short staffed. All in all, though, we go back all of the time for our pet stuff.

Stopped going here staff is very inexperienced, always someone different working because of the revolving door. The vet service there is a ripoff and I will never buy dog food from there again. Tractor Supply is now my go to store, nicer staff, more knowledgeable, better pricing and I love it.

I have the friendliest Golden Retriever in the world. I was told that they could no longer groom him because he didnt like to be groomed. They also said that he would have to go to a vet (and be sedated I presume) to be groomed in the future. There are plenty of places that would be happy to groom my dog. Honestly if you cannot get along with this dog then you are in the wrong business. I used to buy all of my pet supplies here but I will never be back again.

Since our acquisition of a Bearded Dragon fellow named Mr. Leopardy - who grows exponentially literally daily... - we have come to know the staff very well as our cricket purchases are in the thousand numbers by now. Great staff, always quick in and out and they always have what we need in stock - especially crickets...

So we bought guinea pigs here on December 19th, 2019. so did my other friend, but on the 21st she got them. her guinea pigs got ring worm, so did ours. it takes fourteen days to fully notice it, and fourteen days to get tests back to see if it’s actually ringworm, which messes up the fourteen day return status. screw this, and the vet even said you knew about this. i’ll be taking this to social media.

I guess it is ok. We just got a puppy and went in to get a few things. I believe that you could get some things a little less expensive elsewhere. But I guess the good thing is that you can take your pet in to shop with you.Probably will go back to look around.

Store manager is great. some staff is better than others. You do have to hunt for help sometimes depending who is working. I go here for marine fish now instead of the reef for basic needs. prices are great amd.can order about anything I want. If they carried more selection they could put the Reef out of business. I hope they grow.the store even more.

I know that shes been trying so hard to sell stuffs, but I also make decision in purchasing stuffs from you. My husband also said that she was a little too much btw. I feel sorry that you failed to sell us.

Just like any other pet smart. Shelves were stocked, associates are easy to find and products slightly on the expensive side. Only gripe I have is the cashiers spend a little too much time oogling and praising customer dogs while theres a line starting to back up with men and women regretting not getting that cart for the 50 lbs bag of food thrown over theyre shoulder 😂

Id give a 5, except that on occasion, I THINK, they change their product stock up.Our pets r picky, yes, spoiled. They get used to a particular item over a few month period, then...all gone.The staff is very helpful & courteous. Their smiles and friendliness go a long way too.We still shop there hoping they get old stock items back in.

As with any mainstream grooming service, they insist your pet get shots annually. Its time to fight back against this practice, theres ways to test & see if your pet actually needs immunization, this place and others like them have nothing to do with that, but will FORCE YOU to have your pet injected at your own cost in order to receive their services!WELL, oddly enough I had a beloved family member who was in good health at the time of her visit DIE a week after receiving a shot from here. When your dog cant walk strait and pees blood and drops dead from a rare immune disorder, Im forced to wonder if vaccination adjuvents that manipulate the immune system had something to do with it.Theres NO DOUBT in my mid that the two incidents were related. Ive had dogs all my life and it never used to be this way, the shots are excessive and risky. NOW I have a mobile grooming service come to my house to avoid this MALPRACTICE on the part of this out of control industry that needs oversight and regulations.

This is more about the reptiles. (The stuff is cheaper at Walmart btw). I have never had a good experience at this location in regards to reptiles. I rescue turtles and when I asked what kind of foods and supplies a hatchling needed, all the staff said was It is gonna die in a week (He is 1 year old now and very healthy. In your face staff!). I went to Petsmart recently to see 5 turtles in a small tank. Turtles are supposed to have 10 gallons of space for every inch of length. I went back yesterday to see them. There were 3 turtles. One had started to get shell rot which is caused by not getting enough basking space. If the shell rot gets worse for this poor turtle, I will get an animal rescue involved. A healthy turtle is a happy pet for a family.
