This company tore the Internet cable off my house, pulled my gutter extensions off my house, on a rainy day they decided to mow and got two of their mowers stuck in my yard. I was told it would get taken care of as they damaged my neighbors yard as well. They ended up coming out and putting seed down in the mud hole they left. While still charging me for the mow. Even after all of that I was still going to continue to use this company but they dropped me last week because they’re “moving” locations. Stay away!

We have loved using them for lawn mowing and yard cleanup. Theyve mowed our lawn for almost two years now and its been great! We had some bushes that needed to be trimmed and cleaned up this year, and they did a great job trimming them up and removing all of the debris from it.

Very considerate crew. They asked before moving things on the yard.Communication is great. They kept me well informed of changes to the schedule because of rain.

I read the reviews for Precision Cutz and thought this company would be a good option for me. Unfortunately, it did not work out. This is my first home, I do not have much land/property but so happy to call it my own. When I pay a company to help take care of it, it would be nice to have some respect and not cause any damage. However, after working with Precision Cutz, I have tire marks on my sidewalk from the mower and my white vinyl fence has multiple tire scuff marks. Apparently, my lawn was too wet to mow one day. Thats understandable. However, I was home and no attempt was made to notify. When I later looked outside and saw it was not completed, I decided this was the last straw and wanted to cancel. When I called and was told why it was not finished, there was no follow up about perhaps coming back out another day to finish. The owner just wanted to confirm Im cancelling and that I would still have to pay for the next 2 weeks. This was just an overall disappointing experience. I definitely would not be recommending this company.

The prior owner at my home left the weeds around it overgrown to a point that my house looked haunted. My largest worry signing the large work order of gardening mulching and other work was that whoever I hired would just do the minimum to fulfill the contract and milk the deal in a day. The men were experts and visionaries who worked tirelessly for three days perfecting our setup. It went from haunted to something beautiful. I highly recommend precision cute.

We used Precision Cutz for mulching in 2020 and were satisfied with the work they did. I communicated with Alec, the owner, for pricing, scheduling, etc. In March 2021 I contacted them to deliver and spread mulch for us again. An assistant ( I believe she said her name was Tara) told me she would prepare a proposal with services and pricing for me. I received a proposal that included services I had already told her I didn’t want and asked for a different one. She sent me a proposal that lowered the price but still included services I didn’t want. She said that’s just the way our proposals work..the price was fine so while on the phone, I told her I was electronically signing the proposal, which they require. She then gave me a window of 3 days in April, depending on weather, that they would do the work and we were all set. They never showed and when I called, she said she had no record of my signed proposal and there was nothing she could do. I asked for Alec’s cell number but she would not give it to me. She said she would have him call me but that never happened. I suspect he may not know about this issue.This is such a poor way to run a business and I hope that Alec gets this message. Needless to say, Precision Cutz lost a goodcustomer because of the actions of this employee.**Update: Alec called me a couple of days after this review and apologized for what happened. Although he lost a customer, I told him it speaks to his character that he would reach out to discuss this with me. I hope he can get these problems with his business worked out and wish him much success!!

Awful. Broke our gate twice and neither time bothered to notify us, apologize, or offer to fix it. The second time they broke it we reached out and got an email saying I dont know what to say and that due to his guys stating they did not break it, he believed them and not us. They never came on a consistent day so they would show up randomly, even on a Saturday night at 8pm. We just had to pray our dogs were not outside so they did not let them out of the gate. Poor customer service. We wanted to cancel immediately and tried to waive the 15 day cancellation period so we were not paying for people to destroy our property but that never happened. Their website will tell you 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back but unfortunately that is not true. Tell them you are unsatisfied and would like that statement to be honored but it wont. Extremely poor experience.

I would definitely recommend Precision Cutz! We had never used a lawn care company before and with a fairly large yard we had let the weeds get out of control and didnt really know where to start. It was difficult to find a company that would do weeding (actually pulling weeds as opposed to just spraying them), so when we found a reputable company that would do it we were thrilled.It took a few weeks from when they first came out to when the mulching was complete, but we are extremely happy with the results! Our lawn now rivals the neighbors and we are proud of the way it looks!

We starting using Pecision Cutz this year. We recently moved into our home in Carmel. I am thrilled with this professional organization. They are timely, thorough, and professional. This is the first year of a multi year service. 5 stars is a no brainer.

Pretty good job for the first time. I was unable to be present and point them to some missed details, but will do so next week.

The service technician did a good job and was courteous. I hope my yard will be in better shape in the spring than it is now. We will see. I hope enough grass seed was applied to make a reasonable difference. I would recommend a more personal approach as I requested a site visit prior to quoting. I think this is something to be considered in the future, especially when the customer requests it. Overall I am happy with the work, but we will have to wait until spring to hopefully appreciate the difference the provided service made. Thanks again.

I am impressed with the fact that they come at the same time every week and work as an efficient team to get the lawn mowed and edged in no time. They automatically mow in the opposite direction as the week before (which is important to me) and the lawn has never looked better. The automatic payment each week makes bookkeeping a breeze. After years of having the same lawn care company, we had to find a new one this year. In early May, I let Alec know the crew was not weed whacking areas. After working for a few weeks pulling shrubs, clearing the fence lines, cutting back around the house, I was hopeful the crew would maintain all the effort we did. Unfortunately in a little over 3-4 weeks, since the crew did not trim, we had serious overgrowth. I emailed Alec again and was told he had put in a request and if I could supply pictures. (Attached are after we pulled everything and from a week or so ago.) I did and never heard another word from him. I emailed a week later to say it was still not being done and nothing...so I found a new company and informed them I would no longer use their service. I also asked for a $35 refund because the new company said the first cut would be more expensive to correct the issues. Tara said Alec was out of the country and that she would happily cancel service, but there was a 15 day termination time. I never once on the proposal, weekly bill or verbally was informed of this...oh! and would not do any refund. I give her the detailed breakdown and looked into our ‘requests’ to find the original 5/11 email I sent about the trim was updated on 8/5. She responded that the areas I mentioned (around the house, patio, fence line, etc) were ‘in the mulch bed (they are not) so that is why the guys did not do it. And she would terminate our lawn care now, but would not refund our extra money to the new company to fix the issue Precision Cutz did not do. I have added the pictures I took after we finished tearing out weeds and brush in late June and the pictures I sent Alec in early August. I’m so glad Tara informed me my mulch line was around the house and in the fence line. She never Told me where the 15 day clause was, never offered a refund or to have the crew fix the problem, nor did Alec...which is what their policy says. I take responsibility for waiting so long, but I did email and think...it’ll be done next time. If I could give a 0 star review...I would. I have NEVER done a review for bad or great service, but since this was not handled correctly, I am keeping to my word to place a negative review. As for all the glowing reviews....Alec did ask all his current clients to give him a review for his birthday and about 3-4 times since.I would be very specific if you choose this company. And if the issue is not fixed, harp until your satisfaction is obtained. Don’t wait like I did. Now I have a new company that does multiple houses on our street and am saving $5 a week...after I pay more to fix the Precision Cutz crew that did our .5 acre lot in 15-20 minutes....with 1 person!

Blasted playset with weedeater and chewed it up. You would not believe anyone could be so careless and chew up wood so thoroughly and continue to do so on every opportunity. Two stars for cutting the grass and having electronic payment.Added 10/26/2020I am glad the owner responded with the same excuse making they gave when notified of the damage they caused. The suggestion to kill off a large section of lawn and dump playground mulch on it so that they dont have to get near the items theyve damaged really highlights how being careful is not foremost.

Im happy with our service! The lawn always looks good when theyre done, and they usually take the time to perform some edging as well. The fact that payments are automated is a huge relief.

We recently switched to Precision Cutz, and we’ve been impressed with their thoroughness and care with our lawn. The grass isn’t cut too short, it’s double-cut if it’s quite long (no grass-killing clumps left behind), and everyhing looks tidy when they’re done. So far we’re very happy.

I wish I could share photos. Give your money to someone else. After 3 bad weeks and interaction with the company, we cancelled. They had no desire to make it right.(1st week- showed up a day later than expected and didn’t communicate with us at all, should’ve been there on a Tuesday night- showed up late Wed afternoon instead. Following week, didn’t weed around our fence, left huge globs of grass along the fence. This final week, globs still around fence and didn’t blow off the kids play structure and left mounds of clippings around playstructure- and we had reached out asking to blow away large amounts of clippings and were told they would weeks prior)

This is the first year we have had lawn mowing service. We called a well know company for service thinking it would be a safe bet. We were extremely disappointed. We were told that they would be cutting our lawn every 7 to 10 days. I had to call them 2 out of the 3 times they came to cut our yard because it was past 10 days and our lawn was soooo long. When they did show up they left grass uncut, on the side walks and mulch beds, did poor job on edging too. I expected to have a lawn that looked as good if not better then what I would do myself for that amount of money. After reaching out to the manager and getting a less then acceptable response we decided to find a new company. Precision Cutz was a Google garuntee company and we have had success with those companies in the past so I reached out to them. I was told they would be out the following Tuesday to take care of our needs. When the guys showed up they did a great job mowing a cleaning up after themselves. We also paid to have our hard edging done. When they first did it we were not super happy but they came back the next day and really cut it in. It looks amazing! They were happy to meet our expectations. I was happy to learn we would be on the schedule every week on the same day and it would be every 7 days unless it rains then push to the next nice day. That means consistency and good work. Im happy! Plus the price was better then the company that gave terrible service. I highly recommend!

I use Precision Cutz for weekly lawnmowing. Unfortunately, during mowing a couple weeks ago the gate of my fenced in backyard was damaged. I emailed the company and pretty much immediately heard back from Alec Overett (which was around midnight). He apologized and said he would personally fix my gate ASAP. True to his word, a couple days later the gate was fixed. I was impressed by the prompt resolution to my problem. It turned a negative experience into a positive one and now I am even more confident that if I have any more issues in the future I can count on this company to make it right.

Updated: they corrected the billing error and have once asked to take down my review and once asked how they could do better. I hope they do better for others.I have had issues with their service so I discontinued their services yesterday. 1st issue, they had to come back to remow as they missed parts of my yard (my basic thought is that they were going faster than the mower recommends, my yard looked choppy with lines of long grass one time and once they missed behind my fence line). 2nd issue, they were blowing the cut grass into my flower beds, leaving my mulch with dead grass sitting on top. 3rd issue, they billed me for a mow that they did not perform due to rain. I got them to come out later in the week (got another bill for that), then they expected to mow again 3 days later on their regular day! They even said the yard looked like it needed mowed! That was the final straw. I had them pack up and informed them I was done with their service. They got the job as they came in cheaper than others when I priced this out in the spring. Not worth the savings.
