I was expecting to see overpriced party items BUT their prices are lower than Amazon’s!!!! Definitely will be coming here again soon!

Friendly people but fail to understand basic customer service practices. Will avoid this store whenever possible.

Service was a bit slow as two people working but one person was helping with a balloon order. Thought the other would come over to ring us up as we stood there for quite a while, but she didnt. Not sure if she wasnt allowed.... both were very nice to customers though

Maddie and Abigail were very helpful. Maddie was very thoughtful and showed all my options to surprise a little cousin with a paw patrol balloon. Then, Abigail was a friendly cashier and very efficient. Im so glad I went here for the balloon and if I ever need party items Ill definitely come back here.

I was on a mission to find two rubber ducks and welchs gummy snacks for my daughters birthday. The staff able to help me find what I needed quickly and they were polite. The store was clean and well lit. I can see many more trips here for future party supplies!Update, trip 2, I needed 15 plus ballons inflated for a party the same day and they got it done in under 30 minutes! Great customer service!

Had a great experience with my returns today. I had miscellaneous returns from three different trips, and the associate helped locate receipts I lacked via my email for online orders. The supervisor assisted with the return of an item that broke soon after purchase. I appreciated the great results and customer service today!

I will never return to that store; the staff is very rude! I went to buy some balloons and decorations for New Years Eve party, I paid for all my stuff and when I checked the receipt I realized that they charged me 10 dollars more on a ct of glasses 2020 gold (you can buy it online for $4.99), the price tagged in the store was $ 5, but the price at the cashier was $ 14.99. When I asked the cashier if she could please check the price, she answered very roughly the price is $ 14.99, I kindly asked if she could check the price on the shelf, and she said, I cant. I returned to the shelf and took a picture of the glasses with the label and talked with the manager to explain the issue and he answered me roughly, we told you that this is not the price!.

Always love party city. Its easy to find what Im looking for. This location was clean, well organized and good customer service. Rumor is its closing. I hope not.

Great collection for parties

Fun place, They have an arcade area up front but you’ve got to purchase a card to use anything. In the back a large indoor play space. Warning for the little kiddos the bigger kids like to run into the 3 and younger space. Sometimes there is an employee that tells them to get out other times you have to go find someone or tell the kids yourself.

We got about 100 bead necklaces for a party and the cashier just kind of threw them all in the bag. We get home and could only use about 10 of them because the rest were a tangled mess. Probably should have a better system when it comes to that because I spent about $90 on them.

My go to source for all my party needs!! They have everything you can think of for any celebration!

I went in to buy my decor for my 70s themed birthday party.. my husband bought a 10 dollar wig set and because I wanted mines to be big and lavish I opted for the 25 dollar wig because it said BIG OVERSIZED AFRO. His was bigger than mines, his didnt shed as soon as you took it out the pack, it was a disappointment and I was informed I couldnt bring it back. So at MY 70s party, I couldnt wear the afro that tied my outfit together.

This place has everything. Customer service was very good.Parking was somewhat limited.

Usually good but they need more employees. Waiting at a register is very outmoded today with all the technology to help businesses out. What a shame.

Manager was far more worried about making sure customers were standing in the correct place while waiting to check out than she was trying to help them check out.Once she got us to the right place, she left to go to the back while we continued to wait for one of the two cashers to open up.....

Good store but the slowest folks. Except for Brooke she was fast.I have not seen people who are so in sensitive to people waiting in line.Very very very disappointed.

Good selection of items for a relatively low price. Very diverse set of items which are organized in either in a color based fasion or a item type based fasion depending on where you are in the store.

Is really the only place in carmel that has party supplies. Usually organized.

They ripped us off when we were buying a buzz light year costume the picture had the whole costume but there was only 2 gloves and wings. But also like and subscribe @AustinKentVlogs

I enjoy your selection of ballons, however your helium is terrible! I paid an extra 15 cents for the helium to last overnight and some of the ballons had to be brought back because they were sinking. Honestly the Dollar Stores helium lasted over a month! Get better helium or at least stop charging people extra for it.

Very rarely have a met an employee that works there that is helpful. Then again Im not a fan of asking a store associate where something is and they just point in a general direction.
