Terry Pool Co. Are great. I call about what I need and when I get there its on the counter waiting for me.

They are busy so perhaps that speaks for good service but I was surprised that they let me explain my pool, what needed to be done and then tell me they would not take any new customers and that I would need to call someone else. For good service, I am willing to wait but they would not even give that option. I was not impressed. They should post on their site that they arent taking new customers if they wont even entertain the idea of helping.

Their chlorine granules are very high quality. I use the to chlorinate new installation water main and it worked excellent. Killed all the bacteria easily.

Terry Pools has been an invaluable resource to our family. We have used them for the last 3 years at our current home. We previously built a pool at our last home with another pool company and did not want to continue using them. Mr Terry has personally assisted us with some issues with the pool of the house we purchased and literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars off what other pool companies recommended. His decades of pool knowledge are worth their wait in gold. We also use the store from time to time for products for our spa and find everyone who works there to be helpful. Noelle is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Frankly - I am flabbergasted at others reviews as this is not at all the experience we have had. Everyone we have encountered has been first class. We would highly recommend Terry Pools - especially if you are going to build a new one. We have learned the hard way - building it correctly the first time requires substantial knowledge.

This company is great!! They are always a pleasure to speak with on the phone and respond in a timely fashion. They strive to give back to the community and have donated pool supplies to Good News Ministries on several different occasions. I highly recommend this business.

If I could give 0 I would. Firstly let me start off by saying I am a Maintenance Supervisor at an apartment complex. My company bought the property and this company is the one that built the pool. I contacted them to order new cartridge filters and the lady on the phone was very rude. We had an account with them before when we first bought the property, but haven’t used them because we haven’t needed pool supplies. The lady on the phone said that I will need to complete a new credit app ( seems normal) until she said I will need to send her an email with the app.... um how can I send you a completed application when you haven’t first sent me one?? The laziest lady said that she wants me to send her an email instead of writing down my email send her an email so then she will send me an email back with the app?!? Huh so you want business but then it comes to doing the leg work of simply writing down an email and sending me an app was too much for her little fingers.🤦‍♂️ Then she had the audacity to tell me that I’m irritating her because I want her to actually do the work she was hired to do. So I asked to speak with the owner who said she would send me an app to only forward my call back to the same lady who thought it was ok to start yelling her email at me saying she won’t write down my email but I need to take hers. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the field. The worst Company. If you want someone who treats their customers right and actually willing to do something other than sitting on their butt and expect everyone to do their work for them. Pass pass pass!!!UPDATE: the response the owner gave just shows the lack of professionalism🤦‍♂️. I called 2 times one to speak to the lady who was lazy at her job and then the owner who then gave the phone back to the lazy lady. Secondly the invoice the owner is referring to was an invoice the company previous to us buying the property, which we explained we can not pay since we did not order. So again this shows their professionalism. They will ask you to pay for something even when you had no knowledge of the order or even if it’s legit. Pass pass pass

After doing a lot of research on pool companies in the area, we finally settled on Terry Pool Co. & I am so content with the outcome! From the first phone call to my weekly pool cleaning, the whole process has been very smooth on my end and all the staff has been a pleasure to deal with. The workers were very quick and met the allotted deadline. I highly recommend them!

I was going to consider them for pool maintenance, but then I saw that their supervisors openly harass Indiana Representatives on Facebook; it’s not a good look for a company, Woodrow. Not a good look at all.

As you can see, the owners respond to complaints and bad reviews by arguing instead of taking responsibility for their poor customer service. I’ve seen first hand how they handle their work and it’s absolutely lousy. Terry is beyond rude and his mother that answers the phone is even worse. They have no manners and no respect for anyone. I have no clue how they are still in business. My pool was delayed by a month and don’t let them fool you, it wasn’t because of the weather. That seems to be their excuse for everything. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Terry pools as construction works slow. They are family run and owned and at times lack professionalism. They also do not observe privacy. They clean pools for athletes in the city. I have seen pictures of Colts and Pacer players pools and backyards on twitter accounts from some of their employees. They have also falsely billed us a few times now. I would not use them.

Absolutely the WORST customer service of any business I have every dealt with! The owners are rude and do not appreciate your business. They tell you how it is going to be done, instead of them listening to what you want. They over billed us for the project and then threatened to stop work on it unless we paid it. I would never use them again!

My brother tried to get a job here and the told him he couldnt work there because he had tattoos and he looked like a convict and the customers would be disappointed. Smh this company is horrible in reviews

Builds the best pool. Mr Terry is rough at times but his word is solid gold.

Communication is horrible. Save yourself time and stress, unless you like dealing with miscommunications and headaches.

Worst of the worst!!! I want to emphasize, matter of fact stress on the word ABUSSIVE!! Watched Terry the owner abuse and humiliate his employees workers like unworthy peasants.. Do not hire a service who never finishes jobs on time and disrespects his clients! I know I was!!

Literally just saw one of the workers for this company grab and choke a maintenance guy at the apartment complex I live at. And the complex pool was supposed to be opened 2 weeks ago. Id say just from seeing that and not being able to swim that this company is not to be trusted or used.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE !!!!!!!
