I ordered a coat from this company and it has a hole in it upon arrival. I wanted to return it because they should pay more attention to detail when I’m paying $1000+ for a coat.The woman I spoke to named Diane was very rude to me. I do NOT recommend this company. I will advise my followers on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook NOT to do business with this company!

I ordered my coat before covid and still waiting. Then I was told it was delivered but I never received it. I made a police report and and was told that do to covid the driver can sign ur name without ur permission and leave the package at ur door. I have call the store and ANN DAYS personal number and have not got a response back. Im always told shes with another customer and today I called and first she was on the store but when she found out it was me im told hes off on Friday. The the representative tells me sheot going to talk to u ur case is closed. So you avoid my calls and the nice lady I was speaking to that was so into church went out the building

I am not a shopper but today I had the most fun with Day Fur’s Vault Sale. Ann, Kevin and Diane have the knack to figure out what style is best on you and what you like. Such a beautiful shop with wonderful people. I tried on several items and I am absolutely tickled pink with my purchases. I, actually, wore my leather coat out the door!

I never even got to buy the coat I was looking at. Twice I asked a question on Instagram without a response. The website lists a number you can text to, no response either. I will unfortunately move on as I will not spend my money on a business that cannot bother to answer a simple question.

Not only are their coats warm and fuzzy, so is the staff. I was greeted by a warm group of true professionals. This group showed their kindness and attention to detail which made my purchasing experience simply amazing.

I ordered a coat that i was assured would reach me before a planned trip out of town. I paid over $70 for expedited shipping. two weeks later i still never had the coat and never heard from the company. I asked for a refund since i never got the coat. The refund did not occur until disputed the charge on my credit card. I would not recommend this company!
