I dealt with this company a few times. They missed the locations of 2 different leaks at different locations. First time they were off by over 20 feet. Second time they were off over six feet. They have a gracious error allowance of 5 feet. That means they have a 10 foot diameter from the point they mark as the location of the leak. This company cost me an extra day of work and extra money for additional materials in both cases. They never offered a refund. They had a poor attitude when the errors were addressed. I do not recommend this company.

Tiffany is great!

I am a professional plumber and have used this company. I have had two terrible experiences with their technician, Tiffany. First experience, Tiffany marked the location of a leak over 20 feet from actual leak. The area, she said that the leak was at, had no plumbing or water pipes near it. Second experience, a customer of mine hired them to detect a slab leak. Again she marked the leak in the wrong location. She marked it in a guest bathroom. The leak was actually in the middle of the kitchen. She was very rude over the speaker phone, which the customer was listening too. She still couldn’t find it and ended up getting another technician out to find it for her. If you have to use this company, then recommend for a different technician other than her. In both of these cases no refund was offered. They cost me a lot of extra time, material and money. I will never recommend this company.

Great company, superior management. Team works very well together, and they stand behind their work. They utilize innovative energy testing methods.
