So everyone has their own experience but mine was mixed. It started off great I had Phillip Davis as my first recruiter, he got me into a great facility with good pay and all that. About 2 months into it he changed accounts so he was no longer handling accounts at the facility I was working at. His manager took over the account I was working for and everything went left.After Phillip left nobody responded to my emails or it took days to get a call back or answer. Almost unprofessional for a manager to do this if you ask me. The funniest thing is when they just extended my contract without asking me, so I left and signed with another travel agency & so much happier now :)

Shannon Proctor has been great to work with! She kept me updated, was very responsive and always got back to me quickly. The job that I interviewed for fell through but I dont believe that was due to Shannon not doing her job.

Shannon made the process smooth, fast, and easy. Even called for reminders when things were due a day ahead. Theres so many things to turn in and she made the process seem less of a chore.

Don’t work here. The manager is incompetent and should not be in charge of a branch. It’s shocking how he has this job.
