I received an email from the recruiter & wanted to share my experience. .Mail saying Anyways, I cam across you background and love your IT experience. I’m currently working on an open position (details deleted). Is this something that you’d be interested in learning more about? What is the best phone number and time for a quick chat?!Technical Recruiter at Aegis WorldwideI replied to this mail saying that I will be happy to speak with you & the suitable time & my phone number. They never contacted me or responded to my message. I also tried to call their number, someone picked up & transferred me to this particular recrutiers voice mail. I left the message but they never contacted.I think this the worst recruiting agency I have come across. Extremely poor, quality, not responsive & totally unprofessional.Be cautious when dealing with this firm.
Very unprofessional. The company I was working for was closing. “Someone” told the recruiter in good faith 2 days before our company announcement why they was looking. They contacted the entire company that was listed on LinkedIn the morning/2hrs before our announcement and told them we was closing.Against my better judgment... A few months later I let them apply to a few positions for me which was a mistake. Several company’s have told me if I would of applied directly I would of had a chance let alone the job for being a great fit. They just don’t like the aegis staff and the horror stories of how they have treated people. I know this due to my subcontracting with many of the companies that I was applied to.
I jumped through there hoops for 3 weeks was told I would start the following week so I quit the job I had only to.be told there board didnt approve me because of a misdemeanor I got 6 years prior the only time in my life I got into trouble. So now Im jobless.
Most unprofessional and scripted recruitment not at all prepaired to assign skilled labor. I was forced to take 10 days for a temp that wasnt uncommon and I had a death in my family and wasnt given proper mourning. Had tools come up missing and they never replace them. all in all they dont have to worry about me applying for another contract job because another agency was right beside us and offered benefits to their techs.
Aegis originally reached out to me about a career I was interested in. Although I did not get the first career, they remembered me and the type of career I was looking for and were able to find me the career I was looking for at another business. After accepting the job offer, they answered all of my questions and helped me through the process required to start my new job. Overall, the Aegis staff is hard-working and knowledgeable and a great benefit to anyone looking for their next job.
I was an intern for Aegis, and could not have asked for a better company to work for. Every employee is caring, hard working and a mentor. They have a ton of team bonding activities and work to see each other succeed. I learned the ins and outs of recruiting and sales, with a lot of hands on experience. They are a growing company filled with dedicated and hard working employees. Could not say enough great things about Aegis!! Aegis set the bar pretty high!
I love Aegis!! I was laid off with no direction on where i was going. They were able to get me a job with Accounting and now I am permanently working for the company and going to school of Accounting!!! They started a new journey and a career!!!
Nick and Taelor at Aegis were an amazing team to get me placed at the job I needed! They were completely understanding and supportive as I considered other offers, but were ready to fight for me when I made my choice. I couldnt have done it without them!
I originally responded to an offer I knew I didnt qualify for, but they proceeded to find me a very nice place to work, after keeping me informed at just about every turn as to what they were doing and what my potential employer was doing.Friendly, helpful, and clear.
Had a great experience finding a new company.
I went through Aegis during my job search and they were great to work with. I was happy with their customer service and still have a good relationship with the recruiter who helped me out”.
Very quick very clear
I havent had questions that have gone unanswered.
Got a call about a position in town, and was asked for my resume and references. The recruiter then attempted to recruit a reference.
We are on to you.
