Had to have a battery replaced in my Samsung 7. Was told could be 2 hours but probably the next day. Replied no problem, just call when it is done. Never called, I called the next day and they said phone was done. When I went to pick it up I asked why they didnt call. Said phone was done yesterday, close to closing. I replied OK why didnt you call me this morning. No reply. Hopefully the battery will hold up. But very unprofessional!

I walked in with an audio jack issue. The staff ran a quick diagnostic and was able to fix the issue on the spot. He didnt charge me anything, but instead just asked to leave a review - so here we are. It was nice to be in and out in 5 minutes with a fixed phone, I would certainly use these guys again.

I had a really positive experience with these guys. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro that needed the keyboard replaced. Apple wanted $700 + my first-born. Tempting, but I couldn’t justify $700 to fix my broken space bar. uBreakiFix repaired it for less than half. However, they wouldn’t take my son.

I took my Phone in with a Cracked Screen. They did fix my Phone after having us leave it for 2 hours. HOWEVER they damaged my Microphone during the Repair and after returning the phone told me they needed it for another 2 hours to diagnose the problem. I was unable to leave phone again and was told their open Sunday, which is my only Day off as My phone runs my Business.I came in Sunday at 3pm and was told he did not have Enough time and I needed to call my insurance and deal with them.After Visiting with Verizon next door they called parent store and they were more than happy to help us. I took THE PHONE to the parent store and was told no problem quick fix. The guy at the Rangeline store left the plastic film on the mic.Pat and Pete are Horrible employees and Ridiculous Management. I would not recommend this Location to Anyone!What a shame #Verizon uses this Business for their Warranty Repairs.WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME#BetterBusinessBureau

Broke the screen on my iPhone XS Max. Had it fixed and working in less than an hour. Service was simple and to the point.

We had our daughters phone fixed over $100 for a screen and protector and it cracked the next day. Spencer said there was no warranty for physical damage! Terrible service. Oh and he said he could offer a 15% discount to replace it again. We can get our screen replaced cheaper in Chicago than the discount he offered. Would not recommend!!!!

Loved these guys, they had my broken Samsung note 10 back and front glass fixed in just an hour and a half. Good as new.

Brought phone in at around 5pm (8/27) w/ water damage doubtful it could be fixed. Store employee named Carlos gave me an accurate time table of when repairs would be completed, as well as a quote of expenses. Was given updates throughout the repair process. Phone repairs were finished and device was ready for pickup the following day at 11:00 am as promised. Phone was operational and functions well minus some residual affects left over from the salt water. Very pleased with the service and impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Would recommend to others.

I had the awesome experience of working with Drew at this store. My phone had severe issues that ultimately ended up not being repairable. The lengths that he went thru to get my phone back were more than appreciated. The time, the effort and then the phone support...impressive in itself.I ended up having to get a replacement phone under my insurance, but it didnt stop there. Since my old phone was unusable and having so much information and data that I was unable to retrieve, Drew stepped up again!! I took both phones in (the broken and the new) to him and given the painstaking difficulties, he was able to retrieve all of the data and information that I was convinced was lost. I felt like I couldnt thank him enough for all he and uBreakiFix had done, not to mention they were incredibly more than fair on the pricing.It is extra efforts and customer care like this that not only gets customers, but keeps them. I broke the screen on my phone they fixed it for $200 with a 90 day warranty and on the 91st day my screen went completely black and will not turn on and they want to charge me another $250 to now fix that very unimpressed. Not to mention they forgot to order my screen the first time so my phone was 3 days late getting back to me.

Ive gone with my mom to get her iPad screen fixed twice. The first time they did a great job at a reasonable price. The second time they called us a couple hours after we took it and said it probably wasnt worth trying to fix. They didnt even charge for the time they had it. I thought they did a great job for a reasonable price and they were really honest about what they were and were not able to do.

Terrible customer service and very poor communication. Dropped off a computer on Friday and was told Id have an update later that day. Saturday I hadnt heard anything so I called and was told they were too busy to look for parts. Later that day my wife got an email saying they were looking for parts. No info on Monday so I finally called and again was told they were too busy to look for parts for it. When I asked why I was told that they had been too busy fixing things that had been dropped off that day. I went in today (Tuesday) to at least get the computer back while they were looking and was told they couldnt find the part (which again, would have been nice to have been informed about by call, email, text, messenger pigeon). When I told all of this to the manager I got one of those if/then apologies that are becoming so prevalent nowadays. If thats what happened, then he was sorry. On a side note: I found the part within 10 minutes of looking online myself and a youtube video on how to repair it. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the frustration.

Not so great, sent there for cracked screen insurance repair, bought the phone new i am the only owner and never any problems with it...it passed diagnostics teating, However i was advised the repair would not be done due to a software issue with the charging port....charges fine...im wrighting this review on it now. I asked to charge me whatever to just fix it and was advised he wouldnt even touch it...WTH..i thought they fixed phones....its whatever, just seems they care nothing about Assurion insurance claims

I had been having issues with my iPhone 6 Plus not charging when plugged in and the cord wiggling around in the port. I called the store and described the problem and they were incredibly polite on the phone, said they had an idea of what the issue may be, and that i could drop in and it would take 10-40 minutes to repair based on what the issue was. I drove right over, they took a look at the charging port and turns out - simply clogged with lint. They cleaned it out, had it fixed in 2 minutes, and had me on my way - and for no charge! Incredibly polite, very knowledgeable, and I would happily recommend them to anyone with an electronics problem. Thanks guys!

Terrible. They do not use genuine parts. My replacement screen did not fit properly, didn’t respond to touch well, scratched within a week and distorted all of the colors on my phone. I think they used a cheap knock-off made of plastic. I ended up taking my phone to an Apple store to have it replaced a second time. Also, they charged me the same amount that Apple did to replace my screen with a genuine part. Lesson learned. Just go directly to Apple.

I came in to get a screen repair and it ended up being more serious issue. They did a diagnostic at no charge. Definitely will be back when I drop my phone again which Im sure will be soon.

My girlfriends phone has been here for over two weeks. Not once during that two weeks have they returned our calls regarding the phone. When she has talked to them about her phone, they were impolite and gave her no answers as to whats going on with her phone. Her phone is apparently irreparable and they never called to tell her that. We found out because she called them first. If I could give them a 0/5, I would. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend taking your phone here.

Summary: They damaged my phone, refused to stand behind their work or their word. Cannot recommend doing any business here.Details:Brought in a phone with a dead screen. During the repair, they damaged the charging and usb connectivity functions of the phone. Went back in to tell them there was a warranty issue.Either not understanding or intentionally ignoring the difference in the way a true USB C cable communicates and charges vs. an USB A to C cable, they plugged it in with their USB A charger, said it charged (which I had already explained that it would charge under these conditions, but would not properly charge with the fast charger it was supplied with, or other USB C fast chargers I had tested it with) and they attempted to dismiss me and hurry me out of the store.I then demonstrated the issue to them with the proper charger and they refused to repair it under their warranty, claiming that they did not properly test it when they took it in. Somehow that is now my problem. They ignored the issue with USB connectivity to a computer to avoid the fact that they damaged the phone.They will happily take your phone and your money, but will not stand behind their work. Stay away.

If I could give a lower review, I would. I got my phone repaired at a location in Tennessee and sent it here when THAT location screwed up my order. I sent it to them AUGUST 28 and got my phone returned to my possession SEPTEMBER 28. Yes youre reading that correctly. And the phone doesnt even work right.

Spotty customer service, never know what is going to happen. We had a battery replaced on an iPhone (it sometimes works and sometime still drains super fast) and an iPad (battery is a little better but still inconsistent and NOW our processing is TERRIBLE...no issue with that processor when we brought it in)....So now we have to go back AGAIN for both of them to try to get them fixed. It seems like whatever they put in was not new. This place has caused serious headaches.

Poor customer service. We took our playstation in to get cleaned and diagnosed as it keeps overheating. 3 days later we hadnt heard anything so we call and find out that they cant do anything with it and the inside was too damaged and not worth cleaning or repairing. We let them kniw in advance that the screws inside were stripped. They didnt even open it up to look inside because they clearly didnt remove the stripped screes so Im not sure how they can say it was too damaged. So pretty much if it cant be diagnosed by a computer youre out of luck. When we went to pick it up they acted like they didnt even know what all we had brought in with us as gar as accessories even though it was on a list right in front of his face. This place is absolutely worthless. Dont waste your time.

My Note 8s charging port was damaged, so I used the website to make a reservation to have my phone repaired. When I arrived the person greeting me didnt seem to be aware of the reservation, so I explained the broken charging port.I was advised that repairing the charging port would cost $150 and would be outside of the warranty because one of the pins was physically damaged. His advice was to utilize the Samsung warranty because they had a cell-phone exchange.Following his advice I called Samsung and they told me I only had to option to send in my phone and do without a phone for two weeks instead of a cell phone exchange. The only other option they gave me was to take it, ironically, to Ubreakifix since that was their service center.Confused, I tried to call the store to see what my next steps should be, and they didnt pick up and their answering service stated it was full and not accepting more messages.I appreciate that the gentleman tried to save me some money since $150 for a damage pin does seem a little high, but its been a bit of a run-around since the information wasnt correct and I cant seem to contact the store again without going in person.
