I walked into this dealership just to browse their inventory until I found a car I really liked. I took it for a test drive and knew right away. Mustafa and Dmitry answered all my questions quickly and effectively. Additionally they were very accommodating. Buying a car was a tough decision, especially a used one but these guys made me feel at home and inspired confidence in my buying decision. While I was doing the paperwork they washed the car for me and brought it to the front like I was VIP. I drove away in a new ride and made some new friends along the way. Finally got a salesman that returned texts after about 3 weeks. I requested that he personally inspect the vehicle for ANY & ALL cosmetic damage. I received more pictures and the assurance that the Porsche Cayenne I was looking at was in great condition with no cosmetic damage. I was told it had been detailed and was ready to go. I drove 9 hours to pick up the car. Upon driving and inspecting the car I easily found the following: cracked parking lens, metal trim pried from vehicle below the grill, cuts in the leather of the back seat, corroded tailpipes and water damage on carpet under front passenger floor mat, and a portion of the driver’s seat had been replaced and didn’t match. When I came to a stop water poured onto my passenger’s feet. The vehicle was dirty and the luggage cover sounded like a Coke had been spilled and left on it when I pulled it out. None of these things were mentioned before I drove 9 hours to finalize the purchase. None of these things were in the pictures I was sent or posted on car gurus. They reluctantly gave my deposit back and I left.In response to their response: This vehicle is still in their inventory, 2012 metallic blue Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Compare their pictures to mine. They speak for themselves. I also never received a video or was offered one.

These guys will not budge on their prices to help make a good deal for a customer even when you put money down . And you do all the work for them you sit at there computers and put in all your info . Pretty crazy custom service horrible, their own greed great! And we advised them we had our own bank we was going through, and on top of all this the truck they brought us that we also wanted to see that they said we could get the check engine light was on and all we did was SIT it in the truck didnt even move it .

I am very pleased with what he offered and amend my recommendation to consider them in the future. I would encourage you to have a pre purchase inspection to make sure any serious mechanical or safety issues are addressed.Original review:The purchase experience overall was positive. Our salesperson, Mark Nan, was helpful and responsive. We visited 3 times over a week, he kept us updated about the cars we were looking at. The inventory was very nice. The closing process was good. We did raise an issue with rusty brake rotors and they agreed to replace them at no cost to us. The tires had already been replaced.This was my sons first vehicle purchase and we helped with the selection process and loan. Hes getting ready to move back to Arizona for his senior year of college so we had the car inspected to make sure it was OK. We found the new rotors were not properly installed. The pistons on the brake pads were not lubricated. The bigger issue though is the shocks and struts are severely corroded and both front springs were broken.Even if they didnt do a thorough inspection at the dealership they would have seen this obvious damage when they replaced the tires or brakes. They chose not to fix it. I contacted them to let them know I was very disappointed to find this and would never buy from them again and recommend none of my friends but from them. They are not obligated to do anything now as we bought as is with no warranty. I was told they would notify the sales manager, but I havent heard anything 4 days later. We are now out an extra $1300 because of their very risky decision to not fix a major mechanical issue before selling a car.Because of this I would be very hesitant to buy a car from this dealership. We never will.

Check engine light came on 1.5 weeks after purchase. 800.00 later the car was fixed. CAG did send me 500.00 to cover some of the cost after arguing with Demitri.Fast forward a a couple more weeks the car is spewing coolant everywhere. Their 126 point inspection program is a joke. They sell junk. Go somewhere else.

Had an appointment to look at a car, scheduled for 1pm. Appointment had been scheduled for a week. Got there at 12:30 and the car had been pulled around front for us to look at. As we were walking inside at 12:40, a couple wanted to test drive the car because it had been pulled around front. Salesman let them drive it and then buy it right in front of our faces. I get the first come first serve policy, but we had the appointment and were 20 minutes early and physically present at the dealership when he let them test drive it. Very disappointed.

Drove 2 hours to test drive a Mini after talking to Mustafa about it throughout the week. Drove it for an hour and a half, heard a little sound coming from the interior and they checked it out right away. We even sat in the car with someone from service to show the exactly what we were talking about. Matt helped figure out what the best finance options were for me without pressuring us to make a decision, and I really think he pointed us in the best direction. I would highly recommend Carmel auto Gallery. I just bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander & it was priced extremely competitive from the start. I was able to take the car for a test drive down to my mechanic & he looked it over from top to bottom. Only thing he could find wrong with it were normal wear & tear. Front brakes, a serpentine belt, & a rear pinion seal needed to be replaced. James, my salesman took care of these issues right away & was able to schedule a time to get these three issues fixed right away at no additional cost. Called Carmel Auto Gallery the day before I was supposed to go look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mustafa answered and was great! I was coming from Detroit (5+ hours away) he called me while I was on my way down and let me know that the car was still available. They are hands down the best car dealership I’ve ever been to. Very straight forward and to the point. Very transparent. Mustafa was not pushy at all, super helpful and very knowledgeable. I was having problems financing with the original company I was financing with and Matt the sales manager hooked it up, got me a better APR and Mustafa and Matt did me a solid and took money off the car to help me. Mustafa also got me max trade in value for me. I went in expecting less and it was way more for trade in value. I recommend 100% and I hate car dealerships. We drove 4 and a half hours to come look at a jeeo cherokee and the dealership was very straight forward, lowered the price so we were able to accomadate the jeep, and also got us the best possible interest rate, they could’ve easily just let us get a worse deal through our own bank but Matt went out of his way to get us a lower APR. The sales guy Howard was great but the overall experience was bad. I flew in from Mississippi to purchase a truck. The owner is very rude and not friendly. Waited a month to receive my title work and it is still not here. I am pleased overall with the vehicle I purchased but the customer service is trash. I have called multiple times trying to resolve this issue and nothing has been done. I would avoid this dealership if possible

Once I submit an itemized receipt for the work done we are supposed to receive a check to reimburse us.James was great to work with and helped us find a vehicle that was just right. They were incredibly busy the day we went in and he made sure we didnt feel lost in the shuffle. After purchasing the vehicle and taking it home, we found that the remote for the bluray system was missing he was quick to get us a check to reimburse us for purchasing a new one.When we test drove the vehicle we ended up purchasing there was a bit of a wobble when braking and we were concerned about the brakes and rotors. We mentioned this to James who said it was likely from the vehicle sitting undriven for a few weeks. But that he would have their mechanic look it over. After purchasing and driving it for about a month it still has the wobble.So we take it in to our mechanic and guess what it needs? New rear brakes and rotors.If youre going to shop here, do so on a day a mechanic you know and trust can look it over before purchasing.
