The other storage places in this area are terrible and have non-existent customer service with hours that make absolutely no sense whatsoever. I was waiting 20+ min for the other storage places in the area.

Public storage was so helpful when we were in a pinch while moving. They got us into a storage unit with about a 10 minute notice when our other storage unit fell through. Kevin was super helpful. Gave us a tour and made sure there would be no complications. Not sure the ladies name who I spoke to on the phone, but she was very helpful as well. Didnt make me feel like an inconvenience even though I needed a storage unit ASAP! Wonderful customer service!

Trish was very polite, professional, helpful with our rental. If i could I would have rated Trish a 7-8! We started the rental online and finished in the store. Very secure and the unit is clean and there are carts inside to move your belongings. We only needed a small space for now, and when we finally move may possibly need a space closer to our new house and because we purchased the unique lock used for Public Storage, we can use it at any Public Storage.

Trish was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions. Love the location. Our storage space is easy to access. I really like their app and the ease of paying through it.

I first went to the store in Noblesville, IN and Reba was very helpful. She showed me a unit, but it was too small for my needs. She then transferred my reservation to Kevin at the Carmel store and he was fantastic. He showed me the unit; explained the process and make the entire process very simple. I highly recommend Public Storage.

Moved in about 5 years ago and have not had any issues. Payments were automatically withdrawn from my account. Was always clean and neat. Access was always secured to the facility. Had a climate controlled 5 X 10 that kept everything in good shape while it was stored there. Only moved out due to distance from current house.

We have had a couple of storage units here for several years and have always enjoyed the convenience of this storage facility. The staff is helpful and the place is well kept. I had to recently rent a storage unit for my mother-in-law who is selling her family home and Linda was especially helpful. She actually helped us find a unit that was better suited for what we needed than what we originally came in for. Happy to be a return customer.

Excellent Customer Service and the condition of the storage facility is also excellent. Extremely clean. Ask for Linda! She is wonderful to work with, and truly believes in helping the Customer. She is a valuable asset to Public Storage and helped our move significantly. And no, Im not a relative or friend of Linda. She made all the difference!

Would definitely recommend! Got my storage unit and was in and out in under 30 minutes, including filling out all the paperwork. Masks were worn, hand sanitizer was available, and there was a plexiglass divider at the checkout counter. Trish was so nice to work with and made the whole process go smoothly!

5 star for the customer service. Staff (Especially Bill-while he was there) is great. Lady replacing him carries the same professionalism. So, staff is great.Now the reasons for 1 star-1. After 6 months of storage they increased rent in the middle of contract. A $15 increase. This was outrageous. Since it wasnt communicated beforehand.2. Facility can not allow big trucks due to extreme slope.3. There is no dumpster.4. Units on ground gets moisture. I stored antique furniture before my move. Ended up losing all good furniture to mold due to moisture.Again, this place is great from staff perspective. Very friendly people and good customer service. I had bad experience due to unit themselves and price increase in the middle of contract.

I tried to call and set something up but they wanted to meet in person to sign paperwork. They also said I could forgo insurance in person which would have been nice. I was lazy and the online booking took no time and was super easy.Our storage unit was not fully enclosed from the other units. I think there is a foot or two from the ceiling to the wall. Im sure there is a reason for this but our unit smelled of musty old person. Im not sure if it was our unit or the one next to it or even further down. We worried about the smell and if it would attach to our goods.It did and we had to wash everything and I mean everything. I would have given 1 star if not for the easy online setup and phone call cancellation. I will not recommend this location but would recommend other public storage units.

We have 3 units here due to a recent move. Everyone has been friendly and very accommodating. We are obviously very happy with their service as we have just rented our third, and hopefully last, unit from them. I went to public storage to upgrade to another storage unit and Bill met with a smile and a good feeling he was ready to help me. I ask to see a bigger unit and he ask me what size. Then explain which on were available and the prices of each. Then took me out to see it and then we switched that day. I visited this location and was helped by Brittany. She made the experience very positive. She was super friendly and personable. Although I did not make a purchase, She was patient in explaining the different sizes of the units. Even though I made it clear that I was only browsing and not planning to make a purchase, she still took the time to show me a unit. She deserves a raise!!!!!!

The man working at this facility just hung up on my mother. This man is representing your business. He was rude and unprofessional to say the least. Whats happened to good customer service? He mocked the pandemic we are all experiencing as well. We cant afford to move to another facility, but we can let the public know.

I called the general number and the person verified which location I wanted a storage unit. I explained my son was overseas in the military and we needed to store his car (he was going to sell it but it fell through). She said he would have to bring it in. That is ridiculous when we have the title.

I have been a customer here for 15 years. What separates Public Storage from others is the people. The managers are very friendly. If I ever need anything (seldom) they are very responsive. I know they appreciate my business. Linda and Abbey, the two most recent managers, are the best! The property is always clean. While my company pays the rent, I have the option to move. That is not going to happen any time soon, if ever. They only give me reasons to stay! Mark C.
