I was passing through and pulled them up. Went in about 415 and asked if they could check my tires on my rental car because of a warning light. Completely took care of me! Very friendly, both the tech and the gentlemen helping me. Ill probably not be back around here but I know customer service and I can HIGHLY recommend them based on what I saw! Thank you!!!

Called asking if they replaced tires for a scooter, the gal on the phone turned around to ask the owner where he recommended and he shouted a scooter store in a sarcastic tone. Not very kind people.

Honestly the sweetest guys!!! They helped me fix my tire right as they were closing because it was an emergency. We learned about Chucks Tire Center from a customer who has used them for years, and highly recommended them.Now...after receiving quality work with quick, hassle-free service, we can also highly recommend them!We needed an alignment and 4 new tires on one of our work vans...this is about a 2 hour job. Every shop we called wanted us to drop the vehicle off and leave it all day so they can work on it at their leisure. These guys offer excellent customer service.I actually pulled to the rear of the business thanks to google maps and ended up asking a gentleman outside the roll up door a question about the business. He quickly got out of his vehicle and helped me out by signaling their staff to come and assist. Turns out the gentleman was Chuck himself. It’s a great feeling you get when you get to interact with the head of the business on a one on one basis. The whole experience was great.

The staff quickly let me know that my car would take a couple of hours and even drove me back to my office while they fixed two rotted wheel wells. Fair, honest, and wonderful service. Had a flat a year ago and stopped by and they fixed it in ten minutes. Did not want payment. Gave them a cash tip for their good service.Next two months ago bought four new tires. Called, made appt. arrived, tires on and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Price was right.Today, had a low pressure tire warning. Stopped by and they checked the tires, no puncture, added air and again did not want payment. They have a good attitude and excellent service.

Fast service and I always know they wont take advantage. So glad chuck is back. The last 2 owners where not up to his standards(hence the 2 bad reviews). I recommend this shop to everyone and he takes care of our military very well.

Came in with what we thought was a punctured tire( after putting on the spare) turns out the screw didnt go all the way thru so they put back on the tire and insisted we get outta there with no charge, but I was glad to pay for the honesty! Coming back for an oil change soon!

Cheaper than Costco, with better brands. Local business. Make an appointment and tires done in 30 minutes. Dont be a fool. Deal with these people.

I purchase a new Ford F150 in Carlsbad and drove over to Chucks Tire for new Magnesium wheels and BF Goodrich All Terrain tires. My stock wheels and tires had less than five miles on them. Chuck offered me $40 total in trade for my four stock wheels and tires. They should have been worth around $800 in trade. I feel he tried to rip me off.

I recently purchased a new tundra at carlsbad they sent my old tundra and new tundra in to swap tires and tpms sensors to chucks tire place unfortunately for me my experience wasnt a pleasant one. I asked if they could loosen some running board bolts and bullgaurd bolts just so I can uninstall it myself as well the owner said no that they were going to charge for that as well. Even though they were charging toyota and not me I feel like they overcharged for the service they did. After leaving this place my tpms light came on I had to come back Monday to get it fixed they said they had not swaped the sensors and even tried saying that the old sensors would not fit that I would have to buy new ones. To top it off the old tpms sensors did fit and I waited about 2 hours for them to swap the sensors when thats what they had originally charged the first time around and said they had done. Overall my own experience was not a good one they lack communication and as for thier building they have no sign or lettering to let you know ur in the place they only have a small sign at the bottom of the entrance door. i live in san Diego and the comute of going up north for a mistake they did was a complete waste of time for me as this shows either they were lazy to the job correctly or werent really doing the job correctly the first time around. Overall I am dissatisfied with thier service and hopefully someone from this shop reads the reviews they get so they cam improve on thier customers experience.

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES HERE!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE LIARS. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY RUDE. WE WERE PROMISED A FREE ALIGNMENT AFTER WE SHOWED UP AND WAITED 2 HOURS FOR TIRES THAT NEVER ARRIVED AND HAD TO COME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER. WHEN WE RETURNED THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT GIVE US A FREE ROTATION FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCES THEY PUT US THROUGH.I URGE EVERYONE TO FIND ANOTHER TIRE STORE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF TIRE STORES OUT THERE WITH BETTER SERVICE AND TIRE STORES THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS UNLIKE CHUCKS. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Great service, honest prices

The service was slow even though we brought our Tacoma in early. The techs dont keep your vehicle clean. We found black grease on the seats and door handles. They provide poor service. Suggest you go else where.

+1 to the guys at Chucks Tire Center, plugged my flat for free since they didnt have a suitable replacement trailer tire (which I still need and most places dont stock, btw)
