We have had four animals processed here and they do a wonderful job! The summer sausage is the best we have ever had!

These guys are awesome! Very experienced and high marks on their customer service. They prepared jalapeno elk summer sausage which was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommended for processing wild game!

Heard they were good but would not take my elk... So in my experience not very reliable but I give it a 4 star because they gave me another contact to get my elk processed

This place is the best. Best summer sausage, bratwurst and bacon jalapeño hamburger. I will aways use these guys for all my wild game.
