I always know I will get help, they are super dependable. Justin is absolutely amazing, and is always right there by chat, and sticks with you. I never feel intimidated by his responses to my sometime repeated questions from another session. Your results are returned very fast when time is of the essence. They have saved me personally so much time and energy from doing it all by myself, and the expense is very fair. Really it is pretty minor to other services you have to pay for. A life-saver with respect to saving time on manual lookups. Batch processes in 20-minutes what takes me 20 hours to do as a data scientist when enriching my clients CRMs. Superb, responsive customer support as well. Particularly good experience with Justin. Going on a decade with Searchbug and no complaints to be had.

Takes the money and only provides what they s already visible without service. I see no value added at all. Page shows a set of info when I search. It asks for money and then I press the button, and I get a page with exactly the same info.

Having been in real estate for over 20 years the tools for finding property owner information have gotten much better, but once I found the Searchbug batch tool it was a game changer. They made it very easy for me to simply upload a file of leads with name and address and then they find the phone number. Then a little later I get an email telling me they finished adding the phone numbers to my spreadsheet and I download it. And its cheap! I love it.

Hit rate is pretty terrible, and they charge you for 100% hit rate instead of the hit rate you receive.

Searchbug is an unethical company that sells personal information without consent and then refuses to allow people to opt-out without payin a fee. All other companies selling personal information, including White Pages, permits people to have their personal private information blocked without charging them a fee.
