Well Really I love Afton she’s the the rep that signed me up, was patient while I was trying to get my second truck together(long story) and walked me through the process always there to communicate which the most important thing in any situation. I also think it’s great they only do 90 days contracts. A lot of factoring companies try to hold you hostage. Not Thunder Funding. Plus I here a lot of people complain about reserves and getting money held up. With Thunder Funding you don’t have to worry about none of that. I don’t even leave reviews unless it’s for a good reason. Afton and the crew are awesome 👏🏾

It is time for us to break away from factoring. Let me tell you this experience and the difference you will see if you ever decide to break away from ThunderFunding. When they tell you you can access your reserves they won’t release them to you until every order is paid up. When you need a release to get paid on your own forget it they give you a very hard time to get them. A manager told me the department was to busy I would have to send them the rate cons to every order I am doing just to get a release even if the the order didn’t pertain to them at all. If the companies sent them the money that was owed to me directly they would send me the money but charge me to change the payment over because they wouldn’t release the company to pay me. Charge me remember that on payments that don’t pertain to them at all. This is just to let you know when your ready not to factor what your in store for....

Thunder Funding is by far the best factoring company out there. Ive been doing business with them for years and theyve provided Great, Quality service every step of the way. Their staff is Very Friendly and Very Professional. Every service they provide is done in a timely manner. Fuel Advances, Load Payment, Escroll Information and Invoice Status, you name it, they do it and do it well. I get offers from other factoring companies but I just trash them. Thunder Funding does everything they say they will without question. Its business made easy. Theyve provided us with Great, Quality Service for years and we look forward to many, many more years to come.

Thunder Funding is an excellent factoring company with fast payment and good rates. They are quick to answer the phone when we need assistance. We started funding a few accounts and now fund every invoice that we have with them. I highly recommend them as they have helped us grow our business!

Deceptive Business Practices?This company will tell you anything to get you signed up. Ones you on board then the real Thunder begins. They will transfer your calls, just for you to give up and hang up, they will transfer your call to voice mail even if the person who you need to speak with is available and just sitting at his desk. The VP of sales will tell you that his company is the best, yet when you ask him why they don’t stand behind what they promise and claim, he will act like you got it all wrong, “you miss understood us”, or something like” we covered that in our conversation”. Perfect way to cover up lies that they used to get you in.Here are some inconsistencies:1. They Claim - No Contract - 100% NOT TRUE (it’s 90 days)2. They Claim - ACH the Next Day - 100% NOT TRUE (ACH will be processed the following day unless $25 rush fee is paid)3. They Claim - Same Day Funding - 100% NOT TRUE (only after paying rush fee of $25 + $25 transfer it )4. They Claim - No Reserve - 100% NOT TRUE (They hold 10% of your money)5. They Claim - 15 Min Fuel Advance - 100% NOT TRUE (on average 2 hours wait)6. They Claim - No Termination Fees - 100% NOT TRUE (A minimum fee of $250)7. They Claim - 97% advance - 100% NOT TRUE (the only program they have is 90% advance )Be very carful and ask all in writing, or find another company. We were very disappointed in this company.Erica R
