Famulare Jewelers was recommended to me by several people in the area so I took my wifes engagement ring there to be reset, as the diamond had come out of the setting. The staff was very friendly and gave me the best options to get the ring back in amazing condition. It only took them 3 days to fix the mounts, reset the diamond and clean the ring. It looked perfect when I picked it up and my wife was so surprised when I gave it to her. It had been sitting in the safe for 7 years waiting to be repaired. I will definitely go back to Famulare for repairs or to check out other jewelry in the future. Highly recommend them.

Customer service is freshingly pleasant.I emailed this company inquiring whether they could remove links on a fashion jewelry bracelet. My concern was that they would not assist me because my jewelry was Swavorski rhodium plated rather that fine jewelry. However, I received an email response to come on in.Once in the store, my bracelet was reviewed and a quote was provided. While I did not end up getting the repair, Rita was so kind and never made me feel awkward for not wanting to move forward. The bracelet required laser cutting which made the fee seem pricey compared to the actual cost of the bracelet. I do believe the quote was fair. Additionally, Rita showed me how to remove the extension link which made the bracelet slightly smaller so I still left a happy customer.I will definitely come back when I need fine jewelry repaired.

They repaired a pair of gold earrings that belonged to my mother. They are now so perfect! I wear them all the time and feel her close to me. Thanks Famulare family!

Untrustworthy. I went in to get new tips put on the prongs of on my diamond ring. Alex’s said my ring is unstable and needs a new custom designed mount. She pushed so hard I felt uncomfortable. I took my ring to two other jewelers in the area and both confirmed I only needed the prongs reinforced. While in the shop, people came in to have costume jewelry repaired. It’s possible she just didn’t understand fine jewelry. More likely. She wanted to sell me a new mount instead.

The jeweler and owner helped me solve some issues with my wedding rings that would spin on my hand. They tried several things until I was happy. Very patient and willing to help even though i hadnt bought my rings from them. Highly recommend them!
