Casey is very knowledgeable, hardworking and takes pride in what he does. I moved into a house with a hot tub but the tub was filthy. I knew this prior to moving in but it was the house itself that won me over and the hot tub was just a bonus. The owners didnt take one bit of care for the hot tub which is why I called White Sands to come and service the tub. Casey came out and was great and provided great customer service. You can tell that he loves what he does. He makes sure that he takes great care of you and your tub.I know that Ill be relying on White Sands for any other repairs or services.

I will rate them a perfect 10 out of 10. My spa quit working and I needed to find company to repair it. I called White Sands when I found them listed under spa repair and service. Casey came out and took a look at it. I was quite amazed at his expertise. There was no head scratching at all. He went right after it and in about ten minutes told me that he needed to go get the part. I was thinking that I would get a phone call telling me that it was a special order part. But he returned within an hour with the part and had me going shortly after that. Great job Casey. I know who I will call next time I have any issues with my spa.

We called Casey to jump start our hot tub and he did an amazing job. He was able to fix it and even did maintenance on it. I definitely recommend White Sands spa service.

We hired him this time to fix our hot tub because it wasn’t heating the water and he just showed up and like magic he fixed it, it took several hours but he did such a great job and he always does, we’ve been using his services for maintenance too for a few years now and he always does it excellent.

Called and scheduled a repair for an above ground spa a week ago...technician skipped his scheduled appointment, claiming that well he text and tried to move the appt and since no one responded he just no showed. I get it, things can happen...but tried to schedule another appt with specific date and time, and again he was a no show. No call, no text, no nothing. Lots of excuses and zero communication. Maybe he shows up to other appointments, maybe he is good at fixing spas, but his business acumen is terrible.

Casey is amazing, super nice, super experienced and reliable. Every time I have something with my spa I call him because I know he will always do a great job for the best price in the market.

For some reason, our hot tub stopped being hot. The heat wasnt working anymore so we called White Sands to come out and figure out what was wrong.
