JD (owner) just did the most amazing (and quick!) windshield repair in my Audi R8. It was seriously unbelievable.... In a really good way!!Imagine my horror this morning when I hear the most agonizing sound of a rock hitting the middle of my windshield. Ugh.I’ll be honest, before on previous cars, I did the whole “clear nail polish trick” to get me by but it would always end up looking worse.I could not go the “ghetto route” on a car like this. JD came out to fix my windshield which was a small dime sized ding. Turned out that it had already been repaired...just not that well, and unfortunately nothing could be done to improve it. I felt bad since he made the trip for nothing and began to see if there were any other repairs on other cars. He told me that the additional small nicks I had wouldnt be worth fixing. Do not bother getting your windshield replaced with this business. The owner JD specified that the windshield had life time warranty including cracks, leaks, etc. 3 months later my windshield cracked and they are not upholding their life time warranty. I’m a huge supporter of small businesses but you’re better off going to SafeLite.

When a rock flew up and cracked my windshield, I immediately hopped online to search for windshield repair companies in the area. Due to an accident on Interstate 15 south on Saturday, we were rerouted to a dirt road (highway 161) for 3 hrs. I just got back from having my windshield repaired by JD and 911 Windshield Repair & Replacement in Carlsbad. Late last year, JD replaced the terribly cracked-up windshield on my Toyota Tundra quickly and at a reasonable price. Three short months later and be damned if the new windshield didnt sustain a brand new quarter-sized crack (more like a crush) from a bolt that bounced out off a big junk-hauling dumpster truck on I-5 and crashed into the dead center of my windshield. I called JD and he said to bring it by any time today, so I did. In under 20 minutes, he had sealed the crack with a sort of resin and my windshield is good again.
