We had an appointment scheduled. According to someone else in the building Jennifer Semmes had moved locations. This was not communicated to us and none of our calls were taken. It’s not worth scheduling an appointment with someone who will ghost you when you’re already in a strained relationship. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with an actual professional.

My experience with Jennifer Semmes is that she is dishonest and unethical. She is contracted with my insurance provider (Cigna) and when my wife and I met with her, she stated that she would not submit the insurance claim because its a pain dealing with insurance companies but she could provide us with a super bill which we could submit to our insurance ourselves for reimbursement. Since I dont mind doing the admin work, we proceeded with the sessions. At the end of the month, we submitted the super bill and it was denied as it apparently needs to be submitted by Jennifer because she is CONTRACTED and should not be accepting payments directly from patients beyond their copay. Long story short, she is knowingly violating the terms of her contract, misinforming patients on medical billing, and is refusing to reimburse us and process the invoice the proper way via our insurance so we are out $600. For these reasons I believe she is dishonest, unethical, and taking advantage of people and I would highly recommend anyone who is seeking treatment to look elsewhere.
