Horrible! Book two tools for a specific job, two other contractors involved in job. Booked a concrete saw and jackhammer over a week in advance, went to pick-up day of job, neither available, both rented out. Big guy behind counter just shrugged and said I didnt book them, I didnt rent them not my problem! Had call off job and rent from Coast on the 78 a few weeks later. Also rented a dehumidifier from them a while before, that then leaked water all over the wood floor it was supposed to be drying, similar service, just got told.. Yeh you should have checked it worked when you picked it up. Wont use this place again.. they dont care, staff are just obnoxious and rude.

Have what you need for any DIY, good pricing, friendly helpful staff, and still have half day rentals. What more do you need?

Alex at this location has horrible customer sirvice. I would Not recomend this location to any contractor. I was unaware of there New policy to return the tool i rented at the same location i rented it from. This is something new and i have not had this problem with any other location. He charged me an additional $75 for leaving it at another sunbelt. I asked him if he could work with me on it or discount that price seeing that i was unaware of this new policy, and his location was more than an hour from me. He was unwilling to take care of a customer that has been renting out of that location far before it became sunbelt. He has lost my business and i would encourage anyone looking to rent tools to seek out one of sunbelts other locations. This is the only location where they are unwilling to accomidate there customers. I really like sunbelt and there employes have always been top notch, its a shame this location has tarnished my view of the company.

Alex at the front desk has horrible customer service and a poor attitude as if working here is a complete drag. Google shows they open at 6:30 but come to find out they open at seven during the week. Had reserved equipment for pick up first thing Saturday morning at 7:30 but when I got there nothing was ready and didn’t get out of there till 8:25. Bottom line, I’ll never rent from this location again.

They always have whatever I need or whatever my clients need when I refer them here. Conveniently centrally located in North County.

Great experience with my transaction at El Camino Rental. The guys were super helpful, had what I needed, got me in and out of there very quickly, and made sure I had what I needed.

While I dont use them often, every time I go Im reminded of what great service and fair prices they provide! I had to rent a chain saw yesterday, and they showed me how to use it and gave me credit for returning a few minutes early.

Ive been doing business with ELC equip rental for over 30 years. Theyre fair and do their best to keep the equip in,order.
