I was able to get a quick appt . they arrived on time. The technician was very helpful answering everything I asked. He was calm, professional, and told me what he was doing every step of the way. This is a great company to assess a potential mold situation in your place. They dont provide mold remediation which is a good thing. This means youre getting a non conflict of interest evaluation.

VM3 Environmental is an outstanding company! After a leak from an upstairs toilet caused heavy mold in a bedroom closet, they were called in to investigate the possibility of asbestos. Sure enough! We tested positive! Crummy news! But, their inspector, Jake, was great! He arrived on time, explained the process, tested the area and followed up with a phone call to give us the bad news. Tim, the Project Manager, was wonderful! He kept us posted via email and Olivia made sure we received all of the reports. Yesterday, Jake arrived to run a follow-up test after Superior Abatement had removed all of the tainted materials. The test was done quickly and efficiently. Jake and Tim followed up telephonically to let us know that the area was deemed clear of asbestos. We certainally hope that we will never need to use their services again, but should that occur, we will most definitely call them!
