A really great Staffing agency. Their consultants are responsive (Ive worked with them twice and they always get me an interview by the end of the week), and their jobs are mostly Mon-Fri 9-5s that are well paid for the skill level. Ive found them very easy to talk to. Really helped me get my confidence back while job hunting!

I have two experiences with this agency. Last summer I went in and met with a gentleman and he sent me to tour/interview at a postcards company, but during the meeting I decided it wasn’t for me so after the tour was over I called the recruiter and he told me he had something else he would look into and would get back to me. He never did.Last week I went in again after moving back to California from Michigan and met with a different recruiter. She told me she had several different positions and would call and get an interview set up for me and get back to me. After a few days of no response, I called the office. The receptionist told me that the recruiter was about to step out for lunch but would email me a status update real fast and to pay attention to me email. Again, no response. I emailed the recruiter asking for an update and again, received no response.The amount of ghosting this agency has given me is totally unprofessional. I will definitely not be using them or recommending people to Sedona again.

Sedona Staffing in Carlsbad, CA is awesome! The receptionist is always friendly, not rude and dismissive. I met with the recruiter named Lauren on a Friday afternoon. She called me a few hours later to see if I could interview on Monday. Tuesday morning I started at a great job with amazing people!As someone who has generally had good experiences with staffing agencies this by far stands out as the best! I believe if you are honest in your abilities, do your research (to see if you fully qualify for a position/ to make sure you are applying with a staffing agency that hires for the position you are seeking) and always apply in person you will be able to find a job. I had no problems with Sedona. Jennie was a pleasure to work with and although I did not meet the skills required for the job she was trying to get me, she followed up multiple times and tried to work with me, even offering some tutorials to improve my skills. The other poor reviews definitely did not reflect my experience with SS.

My experience with Sedona couldnt have gone better - I walked in without an appointment and was interviewed by Aubrey right away. When she saw my resume she immediately thought of a possible match and reached out to them that day. Literally the next day I was called to set up an interview. Aubrey followed up with the company afterward and I started my new job that next Monday. Couldnt have gone smoother or been employed any faster than Sedona made happen. Wouldnt work with this company! My son worked for them nearly 4 weeks ago and STILL has not been paid. Numerous requests were made and he was always told the check was in the mail! He called them again today and he was told to fill out a replacement check form and then he should receive a new check in about 3-4 WEEKS!!!! How unethical and illegal!!

Asked for another assignment and they had me waiting for months, I’m in the military now but if I depended on this agency for a job I’d be dead.

My initial phone call with them went well and they asked me to forward my resume. The person who I was supposed to follow up with was on vacation, but returning the following week. Since that time, I have called 4 times and left messages for Lauren, who has not responded. If you dont have a job that is a fit, at least use common courtesy to acknowledge a candidate who has repeatedly followed up with you.
