When I walked in for the office interview and talk to a recruiter, the first thing the lady asked me was Whats the problem ? Really! Great way to start. Im there so I must have a problem apparently I prefilled the app online. The information was incomplete. I walked out these people completely unprofessional If this was the first contact with a prospect, it does bode well.

Applied for a position that was available, arrived to be told it was actually unavailable, was again told wait a couple weeks for placement only to be have communication fall apart entirely! Very poor aditude toward job seekers rude on telephone lack of concern

It’s been two weeks since I was asked to go in for an interview for Front Office Assistant at their own Office. Everything was going very well, from the time I submitted my resume via email to the invite I received for an interview. I was ecstatic, and looking forward to it. It was advised in the email that i bring along two ID’s, and to expect to spend an hour there as I would fill out the application and interview. Once I arrived I signed in and mentioned my name and that I was there for an interview. She had me sit at one of the computers in the front lobby and create my profile and application. I finished and was advised that someone from the Escondido Office would contact me regarding the Admin positions. I walked out very confused that I wasn’t interviewed, and wasn’t sure what just happened. By the way, the girl at the front was training another person already. As I drove home I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I pulled over to email the person that had emailed me for the interview, and let her know how confused I was. Unfortunately, I have not received a reply. This didn’t sit well with me, as you can see, but this situation was handled very poorly, and extremely unprofessional. If it was a mistake, so be it, but be respectful and reply. If another candidate was chosen and you forgot to call the other candidate(s), the professional thing to do is say something when they arrive.

The people here are very polite but I was told I was having a interview with some companies but never received any emails or calls back from express. When I would call, the lady would rush me off the phone stating, you have an interview, but still I get no response. Having employment needs and wants, this is what these temp agencies are here for. Which is to help those that are in need. Oviously us individuals who have trouble finding jobs are seeking help through these temp agencies but how can we get anywhere if they are not communicating? If I didn’t need help finding a job, i wouldn’t need to come here. I first came to Express Employment Professionals in April 2014 after getting out of the military. I got on the computer and uploaded my resume and they told me someone would review my profile within a few days and get back to me. They never did. I started really looking for work in September of 2014 and contacted them again. They asked me to create a profile on their site. Turns out, there already was one - the one I uploaded in April. I tweaked it a bit, and they said theyd have a supervisor look at it and get back to me within a day. Two at the most.It took 3 weeks of constant calling to get them to tell me there are no jobs that match your skill set. Goodbye. Really?! What about something that doesnt fit my skill set? A manual labor job or a fry cook perhaps? They really dont seem to care to do any more than the bare minimum.

I had an appointment with the office in San Marcos. I arrived on time (a few minutes early actually), only to fill out some paperwork and then be told that they will have to cancel my interview and reschedule. This happened almost a week ago. Since then, I have emailed them with a date for rescheduling, but have not heard back. I find this completely unprofessional and quite honestly disrespectful. Unless there is some sort of emergency, there is no reason to cancel an appointment. This shows a complete lack of consideration for my time (and my gas money since I live 10 miles away). In addition, when the receptionist said that she would be in contact with me I had a feeling it would not be so.

TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME. DONT APPLY WITH THESE LAZY PEOPLE WHO THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK. REALLY UNPROFFESIONAL.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE. AVOID VOLT IN CARLSBAD TOO!!!

These people dont listen at all. I told cinthia that i would be able to come in for an appointment after 3pm. she did not listen, and scheduled me @ 3pm. On top of that they sent me to the wrong office. I would not recomend using this agency.
