Dr. Kimura was recommended to me by a co-worker and Im so glad. Lucy, Lauren and Toni have consistently provided the friendliest and most professional experience each and every time I go in. I highly recommend Dr. Kimura and staff to anyone looking for a new and super friendly dental team. As I have been, youll feel like youre in great hands.

Am extremely frustrated with the lack of response with this dental office. Work I had done here a year ago (pre-covid) needs to be completely redone & no one will respond to an email or a phone call from me OR my new dentist. I spent close to $10k on a bridge that two dentists are telling me doesn’t fit right. I’ve been uncomfortable for a year, and now need to pay someone else to redo work that was not done properly. After no response to 4 emails and three phone calls to try to discuss this situation with Dr Kimura, I had to share my very frustrating experience so that others are aware of this.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimura for over 9 years he has done extensive grafts and placed dental implants among other treatment. I am completely confident in his skills and the office. This place has integrity and are very caring. I travel a distance to visit him for cleanings and amount other things like routine check ups. I am deeply impressing with his skills and I was very impressed he had extensive training. He had 7 years of study @ Loma Linda and it showed. I was happy with cost and skills. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Kimura and staff.Friendly, honest, caring and skilled and very clean office.TSND

Ive been going to see Dr Kimura and team for over a year. Theyve always bee very nice and clearly outlined all my billing prior to any appointments. Ive never had any billing issues and my appointments were always quick and easy! I found their office through a coworker. Several folks from my office now use this dentist and still do even though they have moved to Orange County; they drive down just to go to his office!!

I moved here from Kansas City last year and needed to find a dentist. After finding Avia very close to my house, I went in and pursued to ask about getting my teeth cleaned/maintained. The staff is great and ethically, does the right thing. I highly recommend Avia and Jeffrey is very good at what he does.

The worst dental office Ive ever been to. They told me my insurance would pay for most of the work. And never asked for payment until they sent me to collections. I tried to work with them but they would rather damage my credit then work to find a solution.Be very careful about there billing. Or better yet find a more honest dentist.

Avia Dental is a VERY unprofessional and unethical dental office. They do unnecessary x-rays and unnecessary dental procedures. Multiple times I asked them explicitly NOT to do the panoramic x-rays (insurance only covers them once every 5 years). I actually made this requirement before hiring Avia, but they lied to me up front to get my business. They unnecessarily did panoramic x-rays to multiple family members (we also had x-rays from previous dentist). When I complained, they verbally said they wouldnt charge me for them (since it was Avias mistake). Avia lied again (Avia seems to have has no problem with lies). Then they started sending me bills. Avia doesnt return emails or phone calls (VERY unprofessional). Now they have put a collection notice on my credit report (for something they said they would NOT charge for). I am currently filing complaints with the government, ADA, and the State of CA.

Usually Im super freaked out about anything going on with my teeth. I would rather sit in pain than visit the dentist. After I had a tooth fall out, I decided that it was time to make an appointment. I am so happy that I found Dr. Kimuras office!!! The front staff is so friendly, the assistants are knowledgeable; they always leave me feeling educated on whats wrong/right with my teeth and the treatments Im going to get. Dr. Kimura is even more amazing! I have never had a dentist be so gentle and caring. Definetly worth my 90 minute drive from Riverside!!! I highly recommend their office if you havent been there yet!!!
