Very nice people. Great job cleaning our solar panels. Chris provided us before and after pictures and information on some problem with the panels. Price is very reasonable. Chris is our guy and did an amazing job. Thanks guys.. I highly recommend this company.

Communication was excellent (service reminder, then time window for arrival, after service photos) as was the cleaning. Due to intensive construction with dirt moving very close by, the panels were dirty. From street level it is difficult to see the small debris collected by the different panels, but dirt noticeable, especially in late afternoon. Now they are sparkling, and energy production has improved despite the foggy mornings.

SolarTidy did an exceptional job cleaning my solar panels and they were great troubleshooters, too. Advocating with me to get appropriate documentation for the solar system that came with the house I bought. If there were six stars, I would give six. Thank you!

Today I received my annual true up billing from SDG&E. SDG&E owes me $12. Its coincidental that SolarTidy cleaned my panels yesterday. I just want to thank Solartidy for doing such a great job on my solar panels. The before and after photos were a testament to how spotless my panels after Solartidy did their magic. There was a slight misunderstanding initially, but Brian (owner) provided such exceptional customer service, that the issue was resolved right away. Now, I am waiting if my panels will start storing more energy as if it was initially installed.

I have had my solar system for more than 6 years. The panels have been losing power generation for the last 2 years. I called the company and they suggested I wash them. Im a 75 year old woman with a dislike of high places. I called SolarTidy and they came the next day. Now I can start banking power credits with SDG&E for the winter.
