I live in Miami, Florida and have been searching high and low for a square electric fireplace as well as a Napoleon outdoor fire pit cover (for a fire pit I purchased in 2014). I decided to call AMS Fireplace Inc. and was very lucky Brandon Terrio picked up the phone. HE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! He walked me through my purchase online for the fire pit cover and is now researching for me a square stainless steel electric fireplace. I sent him my inspiration photo and he provided me with his expertise and advice He assured me he will get back with me shortly after he exhausts all avenues in finding me the electric fire place I want. Brandon is amazing, patient, understanding and fantastic listener. He definitely GETS IT!! I will most definitely purchase my electric fireplace from AMS Fireplace Inc. because of Brandon. AMS Fireplace has elegant contemporary hand crafted fireplace doors, linear fireplaces and other products and fantastic customer service.I would highly recommend! They have a showroom at their main office.Ive seen some other fireplace companies doing the same thing but the quality of material and service just doesnt compare. Also their website is really good, although you do have to request quotes on some things that require more information because its not as simple as I thought!This company really knows what theyre doing and make sure you dont make a mistake on your fireplace investment for your home. Before speaking with these people I didnt even know the difference between a direct vent and vent-free fireplace. Very helpful and educational.

I ordered a Fire Table online. Received a call to verify the details which left a very favorable and professional impression. It was shipped very quickly. Fire pit arrived and looks and functions beautifully. The free cover was too large and is going to be replaced immediately (free of charge). I can highly recommend AMS. I was looking online for a rare accessory (rare because of covid-19) for my Napoleon grill. Everywhere had a 3 month projected wait until it was in stock. Well AMS fireplaces had what I needed! I was surprised a fireplace store had what I needed but I was extremely happy to get the item and it arrived fast!

We recently had our fireplace doors installed by AMS. Not only were the prices right, but the customer service, quality, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The style and finish matched the stone on our fireplace and was exactly what we needed. This install happened during quarantine and the installer was masked gloved and professional. We also had the fireplace chimney swept, he left no spots or dirt behind. I just have to say from the time I ordered the doors till the installation, the process was flawless.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and staff was professional and prepared! When I met with them I was provided a mask and all staff were wearing masks. I was happy they were open and I was able to make an appointment. Nikki was a joy to work with! Top notch!

One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Spoke to a sales rep who promised they could get me a product 2 weeks sooner than another vendor. Naturally, they lied. 2 months later and I’ve had to call 6 times, continually promised a callback that never comes. One rep told me I should just call the manufacturer of the item I bought and find out where it is (cause that apparently wasn’t AMS’s job). Stay far far away.

I could not be happier with this company! I hired another company to make me a custom fireplace screen and they measured wrong then got mad at me because I wouldnt take it! I called AMS and they came out and made me a custom fireplace screen and they even made it to match my front door detail. It is beautiful and we get so many compliments on it! What a gem! Reached out to AMS after getting nowhere trying to find a replacement refractory panel - and sure enough, they had it in stock, and I could pick it up that day! AMS was amazing! My husband and I were remodeling and werent planning on replacing our old fireplace. Once we realized we had to, I had 10 days to find a fireplace and no time before or after work to go shopping. Nicky was so kind to send me somes floor models via phone that they had available and within a day I had one picked out.
