Mpell solutions were responsible for sending out rebate cards me and my husband receive from our electric company. I called because I hadnt received my latest one in quite some time. The woman I talked to was incredibly sweet and took care of the issue right away! Turned out to not be their fault and all, but she still took the initiative to fix the issue. ALSO she saw that we never signed up to receive a rebate from back in 2018 (I must of missed it in the mail) and she went out of her way to get us that money too! I felt so loved and thankful. Thank you mpell!

Sent $19.80 money order in 2019 and never received card. I called was told twice to wait 6-8 weeks for them to be issued. Then was told to fax copies. I did. Nothing ever came. Now they’re saying it’s too late to honor. Sketchy company and extremely unprofessional via email. Sylvia was dismissive and rude.

Mpell Customer Service, specifically (Sylvia) worked with me to expedite my redemption process and actually got it done, was very polite and helpful. This reflects overall on the companys management. They had to charge shipping & Handling, the way they did, how else will they get their share! I give them a 5 star review!!

I was fortunate enough to have Sylvia assist me in receiving my gift card. She was extremely helpful, kind and very quick with responses! Overall, a great company to work with!

I sent in a $19.80 money order for a shipping and handling fee for 4 gift cards. I was told it’ll take 6-8 weeks for the cards to be shipped after receiving the money order, then I was told it’ll take 1 week to receive the cards from the date the cards are being shipped...didn’t receive them, then I was told it’ll take 2 weeks, then I was told that I was misinformed and that it’ll take 3 weeks, it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the cards. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with MPell. The gift cards suppose to be a courtesy on behalf of ADT, but instead it’s a headache.

These ppl keep changing their stories first it was 4 to 6 weeks before I would receive my gift card and now its 6 to 8 weeks before its shipped. Now I have been fighting with them since April 2019 and they have had the $4.95 since May. First they say we didnt qualify for it and then they said i did but i had to send the $$ so i did and they cashed it. Now Im still waiting for this gift card. If it is being given to me as a gift why do I have to pay for it let alone taking so long to actually ship it out? This seems more like a scam than anything.

I had a great experience with Mpell. I received excellent service and was very helpful when I called with questions about the gift card process.

ADT should stop using this service from MPELL because it reflects MPELLS poor service on ADT. Very poor corporate decision.

Yes, I did experience some of the difficulties that other customers had while using MPell Solutions. However, if you follow their guidelines (which can seem pointless), you will get your giftcard. When my giftcard was missing after 8-weeks, customer service rep, Sylvia did everything in her power to make sure I was paid 2 weeks later. If it wasnt for her, this would be a very different review... If you dont receive your money right away, dont search Mpell scam, because its a bunch of customers who didnt follow the guidelines and therefore, didnt get compensated..

Both ADT and Mpell Solutions provide horrible service. I will never do business with either companies.

Purchased ADT security package for my home 11 May 2015. I was promised a $100 VISA Gift card for my subscription within 8-10 weeks. Today is 01 August 2015, going on 90 days or 12 weeks in 10 days. Where is my $100 VISA Gift Card???

I called customer service and the rep was totally rude. They wouldnt give any answers to questions asked. They might as well clock in and go back home.
