The managing contractor that we were assigned always made sure every detail was completed after our massive leak damages. He was concerned about every damage that was done by the water, and in no time, everything back to new again. I would not recommend this company based on my personal and direct experiences.Bad news-The owner had several job sites while working on my property so he did not pay attention to mine and relied on one of his employees who was dishonest and incompetent. The owner would not come to check unless I demanded. And he argued with my insurance company, which put me in an uncomfortable position. The incomplete employee who ruined my hardwood floors while working on ceilings was using my personal properties.Good news-The owner hired licensed professionals after his employee messed up the property. However, the hardwood floors were not fully recovered. It was a long journey.

They even handle everything down to my insurance policies. They even helped us to move our things to the place they provided for us.

Every member of the team I was assigned helped complete my house after the water damage. Tom especially helped lead us through the process and give insightful advice and making recommendations. I can be a tad picky and concerned about small details, but I didnt have such issues with your team. Hometown Restoration came out to our home to help us with a pipe burst in our restaurant. When they arrived there was 1.5 inches of water on the floor. Hometown was excellent.They got all the water out quickly and set up drying equipment. We have liberty mutual and hometown worked directly with them to make sure we had our policy covered.They used special drying equipment to ensure they didn’t have to remove drywall which reduced the time for repairs. Overall I am so grateful we chose hometown restoration.They were really great. I recommend them highly.
