Very rude and unprofessional. The lady I spoke to told me to find somebody else to help me because I didnt do the paperwork 2 (tuesday) days before because I was quarantined when she wanted to do the paperwork and I had told them I could not do it that day and I could do it when I was off of quarantine on thursday. She hung up on me. I called back 3 times and they kept forwarding my calls. When I spoke to them on Tuesday she said it was fine to do the paperwork on Thursday, and now its thursday she says she cant do it because it snowed and because I didnt do it on Tuesday WHEN I WAS QUARANTINED! very rude and unprofessional

If you find yourself in trouble just give them a call they can get you out

Unprofessional and rude. Amy was supposed to call us back in an hour and she did not, we have been trying to reach her for several hours with no call back. I ran into someone else at the office that was also waiting to hear back for a day, Amy told him she was going down to the jail to get paperwork for the person he was trying to bail out and she never did, he called the jail and they said that Amy never went. As one of the few bond companies in town you’d think they’d take better care of their clients...

Not even worth 1 star very unprofessional they say they will call you back and they never do. Their building is just gross 🤮 I dont know why they even have this business they dont attend to it.

This is a company that is very unprofessional...........We have done business with them for a year and I encourage every person to make decision based on our comment? We have done business with Michelle for the past year selling toners and they paid every bill on time. Then, new employee Melanie comes to work for them and we politely called for a outstanding invoice as she continuously hung up on us.First communication was they are not PAYING! We will proceed in a professional manner even though we do not like to do so for integrity reason. However we do unto others as done to us! Good Luck making your relationship with this unprofessional business. They are Bail Bonds so go figure?
