When I scheduled I asked if they service Dacor gas cooktops and they said yes. The repairman came on time was polite and respectful and wore his mask. He told me I needed two igniters and two spark modules. He called his parts people and told me the parts to my igniters were no longer made and he couldnt get them from his distributors. I asked him if I called Dacor and could find the parts could they come back and replace them. He said they dont do that and I questioned him, he told me to call the managers as they dont replace parts owners got. SO I paid $99 for a service call to tell me I needed igniters which we already suspected we needed. I called this company because when I googled Dacor repair their name came up. I am terribly dissatisfied with this process. I called the office they said they would get back to me. They havent. I called Dacor and found parts and the part numbers and two companies that do repairs. I was hoping Appliance Repair LLC would be responsive and correct the situation. The $99 would be applied to the repairs per the agreement I signed. Seems fishy to me.
