Called for a taxi at 5:15pm and was told they would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. I called back at 5:35 to get an update and the automated system said that a cab hadnt been assigned. When I got a live person, they said it would be another 15 minutes. The cab finally showed at 6:13. The driver was good but it was obvious that the company failed in the dispatching process.
