The most talented and professional towing service. I have a very rare and low-to-the-ground car that I broke the parking brake mechanism by removing the spacers and not changing the lug nuts on and it required special attention as the rear wheels were locked and they expertly loaded up my car and took it to a well-recommended garage that took great care of my car. I am always nervous about getting my dream car serviced by anyone else other than specialists that only work on SAABs but these guys know what they are doing and they are extremely kind and professional. Hopefully I never find myself needing a tow again but if I do these are the people I will be calling! Thank you for your talents.

Waited 90 minutes and they never showed up. My insurance had to reassign me another provider because they wouldnt answer the phone anymore.

Came as promised. But would not tow me the first time due to AAA apparently. Eventually towed me the next day with no problems.

My father was broke down along I81 about 1 and 1/2 away. I called Jerrys to tow my father until I could come down with a car trailer. The office was very friendly and the tow truck driver, Cletus, made me feel at ease that he was well taken care of. I would highly recommend them for your next tow.

I did a Google search for towing places when my car broke down. The tow truck driver arrived before the quoted time. I was glad for this because it was a cold day. The driver was nice and we chatted until we got my car to where is was going. I cant really say much on the pricing, but from what I understand, they are reasonable. While I hope I dont need to call them again, I definitely reccommend them to others.

We called AAA and Jerry’s was dispatched to us South of Harrisburg this morning. The guy went above and beyond and was phenomenal. He was familiar with the issue we had with a caliper bolt and advised us on possible leads into finding this part on Saturday! Great company. If you have any doubts definitely go with Jerry’s!

On Sunday the 12th of July I was heading home from my boyfriends place and had a flat tire and then I called my boyfriend and him that I had flat tire. My boyfriend called triple A and they gave him Jerrys and then he called them and they sent their tow truck driver Steve out rescue me. Steve was very professional and very kind to me. Steve keep reminding me everything will be ok and I couldnt ask for more kinder people to help me out. My boyfriend and I thank them from the bottom of heart.

Had a tire going down on a Friday night on route 15 heading south towards Harrisburg. Jerrys was called and the driver only had instructions to drop us off at a closed tire company. After a quick conversation with him, he started making phone calls and FINALLY found a place that would change it. He went WAY above what he could have done, and I would highly recommend our driver to anyone.

My car was towed in and my car had some problems with the shifter cause of having to get different shifter cables so the two guys that were on duty decided to take it in and mess with how it had to be set for my gears to work and when I picked it up I didnt have any gears in my car but 4th gear so I had to run it at high rpms the whole ways home after the guys that were on duty pushed me out of there yard lastnight so if the cops ever say they have to tow your car tell them not to call Jerrys towing cause you wont get your car back the way it was with out it being messed with

These guys are tops if you need road service. Fast, friendly and reasonable. They are my only local tow company.

Called AAA because of bad battery! Jerrys towing is the one who responded to the call. They arrived quickly and tested the battery. It was determined that battery was bad, which didnt surprise me because it is the original on my 2011 Honda CRV. The mechanic was pleasant and did a great job to quickly install a new battery and get us back on the road.

Helpful and courteous when called, prompt to pick up vehicle.Will use again if needed.
