Stay away! I had them pick up my riding lawnmower for repair. Months went by with no communication. A couple calls were met with excuses that they were short help and busy. They told me that I could come and pick it up and take it somewhere else but how was I to do that since I had them pick it up and take it to them? An entire YEAR went by, again zero communication. When I called again, same excuse. They still have my riding mower and its now been 2 years. I have abandoned it in utter disgust. Do NOT take anything there lest the same happen to you. It would not allow me to post no stars so I had to give them a 1star. It should be a negative 5.

Prompt, courteous, reliable service is the only thing I got from this guy. 10/10 would use again. I was ready to look for a new riding tractor.....Glen made me feel like I was riding a new tractor after returning my old one.

Quality service. Not the least expensive but a good value - items truly repaired to good-as-new working order.

We had a similar experience as another reviewer. Dropped a lawn mower off in summer, made several calls about the status, thought about sending it a Christmas card since we had been apart for so long. When I picked it up in late spring they had fixed something, but not what we had taken it in for. Today we are taking a chain saw to a different shop.
