Trustworthy and experienced mechanics. Took the Olds in for an oil change.

Very sloppy work. Removed parts from car without my permission. Tryed to get parts back said sent in for core part. Since when is a core part not turned in at the auto parts store when parts are picked up. Treated rudely by secretary. Will not trust thieves that replace covers with broken ones and steal parts from my car. Goodby.

Vehicle that I purchased no more then 7months ago that they claim was the best family vehicle has been nothing but an issue. Ive spent 2700 on it they told me the only issue was the ac. But since Ive purchased the vehicle it has broken down too many times n is unsafe to drive w my toddler. The caravan windows dont work in the back, passenger front window has to be hit in the motor to work. The starter is shot. The belt came off in a storm n i almost died. And the radiator is broke now so its unmoveable and xant afford to fix it. Im a broke homeless mom living at a motel so I cant afford it to be fixed. Dont purchase vehicles from here bc they claim that they are safe but they arent
