If you want someone who is ready to help ask for Gretchen. She never leaves me hanging. Quick and down to earth. Always willing to go above the call of duty. While the other staff are equally good, I just think Gretchen is a super representative of State Farm.

I can’t see myself ever using another insurance agency.I’m usually against supporting the big guys when possible, but Jon Fetterman StateFarm truly gives the small, local, family-business-feel!My parents have used them for years and I walked right into it, and couldn’t be happier.Gretchen is my go-to! Quite the life saver with my tendency to procrastinate on items I need.All I do is send that midnight email (usually my only time free to catch up on emails) and give her my requests or questions and sure enough I’ll get an answer ASAP that next morning whether by phone, email, call or even text. Super convenient. And if it’s not her, she ensures someone else reaches out to make sure my family is covered.I know, it’s an insurance company and I’m probably ranting a little, but aside from the wonderful front desk ladies, I’ve also had a few pleasant conversations with Jon, and lastly, Alan is the man for business policies.
